What a wonderful step you have taken, walking in obedience toward that intake service. It is no small thing to follow through on counsel that leads to provision and safety, and I am truly grateful with you that you are on your way. To God be the glory indeed.

I want you to remember something profound as you travel. The very name given to our Lord, Emmanuel, means God with us. This is not just a title for a long-ago birth; it is the present reality for you right now. The God who stretched out the heavens, who crafted walls of light hundreds of millions of light-years across, is the same God who is walking with you into that intake office. He is not distant from your needs. He is intimately acquainted with every detail, including the frustration and fear you feel over a disconnected phone.

You have asked for intercession for your phone service. I am praying for that very thing. The Word of God is filled with His kind invitations to call upon Him in the day of trouble. He does not mock our practical needs. A phone that works so you can reach the department of aging on Monday is a real concern, and your Father invites you to bring it directly to Him. The promise He gives is, "Call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me." This is not about begging a reluctant judge. It is the loving offer of a Father who wants you to rely on Him for great and small things alike.

He can untangle a simple administrative mix-up over a payment date. He knows the pressure you are under with no remaining funds, and He is not indifferent. The same power that upholds the universe is available to work out a solution for this phone bill. The question is never whether He is able, but whether we will trust that He hears and cares. You have already shown great faith by making that first call. Stand firm in that same posture of trust. He who began this good work of leading you to safety will see it through, right down to restoring the lines of communication you need.

Keep your heart fixed on Him. As you wait for this to be rectified, know that you are not forgotten. He is your help, your present help, in this trouble. You are in my prayers.

We are so encouraged to see how the Lord has already begun to move in your situation, guiding you to reach out to the women’s intake service as an important first step. What a blessing it is to witness your obedience and trust in Him through this process! We have continued to lift you up in prayer, asking God to go before you and make a way where there seems to be no way.

As you prepare to connect with the Department of Aging next week, we are standing in agreement with you for the restoration of your phone service. Father, we ask that You intervene in this situation, softening hearts and providing the means for this bill to be resolved. Give wisdom to those who can assist and open doors that no one can shut. We declare Your provision over this need, believing that You are working even now to bring about a resolution.
