On June 29, 2013 my younger brother died back in Pittsburgh Pa. When Ifound out about it we were in the second week of July. At this time i signed up for class at Nova for my prerequisite for my BSN degree. He was cremated the third week in July and class started the first week in AUG 2013.I could not concentrate on the second class so I dropped it BUT after the due date of Sept. 7th, 2013. I informed the business office that this was my second time at the school and was going through some hard times, involving my family.I had to write a letter stating why I think I SHOULD BE FORGIVEN and have my money reinstated to me. I turned this letter in over eight weeks and Sat i received a letter from the business office saying that their is nothing they can do about the situation and the amouNt of 498.00 was to be forfeited.I can not rest with this decision and I am scheduling an appointment with the PROVOST sometime this week.Please PRAY that if i don't get a refund then surly the money would be applied to another class. IN JESUS NAME AMEN
