On February of 2017, I spend $11,000 on an online business store. Besides this investment, I have spent around $2,000 on marketing and since February this company charges me $39,99 a month for the maintenance of my online store website. I partnered with a company called My Business Venture, located in NY. This company sells all kinds of products including accessories, automobile, bath, and body, electronics, garden jewelry, gift cards, and more. We sell products all over the United States and Canada with free shipping. When I signed this contract these people promised me that I will be able to recuperate my investment between two to three months. However, I have not sold a single item since them and I do not want to believe that this company "My Business Venture, is a scam. I have checked online and it has high customer reviews. The problem is that they seem that they do not want to deal with me on the phone and I am getting desperate. Before I made this investment customer support used to call me 2 or 3 times a day but after my investment, they became nasty and just do not want to deal with my calls and never call me back when I leave them a message. Please help me to recuperate my investment or at least to find any way to sell this business because I realized that this kind of online business is not for me. Please help me with your prayers to solve this problem as soon as possible. It took me years to save part of the investment and I requested a loan to a bank which I am paying but I do not see any positive results yet.
