Old or new job, blessing on my ###

Lord bless me on my current job.
Bless me with a new job.
I am really very unsatisfied last couple of years but I have fights in me to take massive action.
Lord show me if I should do something or should I wait on the blessing to come or stay on that job. Please show me the way amen.. Let guidance and actions be easy, amen! Let me be perfectly clear what, how and when to do something.
