Ok this is a follow up...to my earlier request re: my workplace. By Divine Intervention, a much needed clearing of the air occured, and I strongly suspect, that huge changes are going to be the result of it. There was a cancer broiling beneath the surface, and it all came to light. Tears were shed, fits were thrown---and real communication occured. Next time, it won't have to get to this level.
