Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###. We lift up her prayer request to you, Lord, knowing that you are the source of all wisdom, strength, and guidance.
Father, ### has realized that she cannot fix everything and do everything on her own. She has recognized the need to stop feeling guilty about helping others at her own expense. We ask for your grace and mercy to surround her, Lord, and help her find the strength within herself to set healthy boundaries and prioritize her own well-being.
Your Word reminds us in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." We pray that ### will find rest in you, Lord, and release any feelings of guilt or burden that she may be carrying.
We also ask for your guidance, Lord, to help ### discern when and how to help others without sacrificing her own well-being. Teach her to rely on your wisdom and discernment, and to trust that you will provide for her needs as she seeks to honor you in her actions.
We pray for a renewed sense of peace and freedom for ###, knowing that you are the ultimate source of strength and provision. May she find comfort in knowing that she can lean on you and trust in your perfect plan for her life.
