CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY OF 4 PRESSURE INDICATORS AND 5 TEMPERATURE CONTROLLERS FOR ### GAS COMPANY

This Contract is made on this day of ###, 20###, by and between ### (hereinafter referred to as "Supplier") and ### (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer").

1. **Scope of Supply**
