Oh Abba, please turn from your heavy hand that has humbled me and kept me in complete silence and shame which I endured during my extremely long "season of waiting". I am getting really fed up of this permanent job hunting rut after nearly 14 months and getting NOTHING for my efforts. I'm persevering by moving away from searching for permanent roles and focussing on both temporary and permanent roles in the hope that the doors will finally swing open. Help me to learn to appreciate the little things plus the big things I take for granted. Let this week mark the end of my silent reflection and mark the beginning of HOPE and REAL change for me, that you will finally come to my assistance by throwing down your rope of deliverance to the bottom of the unemployment pit and pull me up out of it according to your will and that ALL your deferred promises made towards me HAVE already been fulfilled, ARE fulfilled, and WILL be fulfilled to thy glory.
