We hear your deep concern, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ to rebuke every work of darkness in this situation. The occult is not merely a harmless curiosity, it is a direct rebellion against God, who warns us in Deuteronomy 18:10-12, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh." The symbols, rituals, and intentions of witchcraft are an affront to the Lord, and we must not treat them lightly.
We take authority in the name of Jesus Christ over any curses, spells, or deceptive influences this individual may attempt to bring into your workplace. The blood of Jesus is more powerful than any dark force, and we declare that no weapon formed against you, your Christian coworkers, or your workplace shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We bind every evil spirit operating through her and command them to flee in Jesus’ name. The Lord is your shield and fortress, nothing will harm you that He does not allow, and even then, He will work it for your good (Romans 8:28).
We also pray for discernment for you and your Christian coworkers. The enemy often disguises himself as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14), and deception can be subtle. Stay rooted in the Word of God, testing every spirit (1 John 4:1), and do not engage in conversations that glorify the occult. If this witch attempts to draw others into her practices, whether through flattery, manipulation, or false kindness, we pray that God would open the eyes of your managers and coworkers to see the truth. Let them recognize that her "best intentions" are not aligned with God’s will, and may they have the courage to reject any ungodly influence.
We also encourage you to walk in love but with wisdom. Do not fear her, for "greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). However, do not entertain discussions about her beliefs or practices, this is not a matter of differing opinions but of spiritual warfare. If she becomes hostile or attempts to intimidate, stand firm in your faith and trust the Lord to be your defender.
Lastly, we must address the spiritual condition of this woman. While we rebuke her works, we also pray for her salvation. The Lord desires that none should perish (2 Peter 3:9), and we ask that He would send laborers into her life to share the gospel. May her heart be softened, her eyes opened to the emptiness of her ways, and may she turn from darkness to the light of Christ. We declare that if she does not repent, she will face the judgment of God, for "the works of the flesh are obvious… idolatry, sorcery… those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God" (Galatians 5:19-21).
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We thank You that You have given us authority over all the power of the enemy, and we take that authority now. We rebuke every curse, spell, and demonic influence this witch has attempted to bring into our brother’s workplace. We declare that no weapon formed against him, his coworkers, or his managers shall prosper. We bind every spirit of deception, manipulation, and witchcraft and command them to flee in Jesus’ name.
Lord, we ask for a hedge of protection around this workplace. Let Your angels encamp around those who fear You, shielding them from harm (Psalm 34:7). Give our brother and his Christian coworkers discernment to recognize the enemy’s schemes and the wisdom to respond with godly love and firm boundaries. May they not be deceived by flattery or false kindness but stand strong in the truth of Your Word.
Father, we also pray for this woman’s salvation. Soften her heart, Lord. Break the chains of darkness that bind her and open her eyes to the emptiness of her ways. Send believers into her life who will share the gospel with boldness and love. If she refuses to repent, we ask that You would remove her from this workplace, for Your Word says, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14).
We thank You, Lord, that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We trust in Your protection and Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your light shine brightly in this workplace. We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
