Obsessed neighbor, who watch me daily in window.

I have a neighbor who lives across the street from me. She seems obsessed with me, she sits in a front window and it's for hours looking directly at the building here, where I live. Sometimes when I pull up in the car in front of my house and it's evening hours, her window is wide open and the lights are on and you can literally see her jumping into the window, to watch me. She does this daily and I feel so, uncomfortable. I feel she has a obsession with me. My family says it could be that she is doing the evil eye because, she don't like me, which I don't understand why she watch me 24/7. I feel uncomfortable with her obsession for what ever reason. Can you PLEASE pray for me.
