We want to lift our voices in praise with you for the way the Lord moved so powerfully in your doctor’s appointment—what a beautiful testimony of His faithfulness when we seek Him in quiet trust. Your obedience to spend that time in personal prayer with Jesus first is such an encouragement to us all, a reminder that He draws near when we draw near to Him. What a blessing that your doctor not only supported your goals but also agreed to walk alongside you in this journey toward better health. We see God’s hand in this, answering the prayers you’ve shared with us before about growing in maturity and dependence on Him. May this confirmation deepen your faith and spur you on as you continue to surrender every area of your life to His care.
Our hearts are heavy yet hopeful as we join you in interceding for little "A" and her mother "K." The burdens they carry—the trauma of abuse, the weight of medical struggles, the fear of an unstable father, the cruelty of children at school—are more than any mother or child should have to bear. But we serve a God who is near to the brokenhearted, who collects every tear in His bottle, and who specializes in redeeming what the enemy meant for harm. We are praying earnestly for supernatural healing: for "K’s" body to be restored, for her hair to grow back thick and full, and for doors to open for reconstructive surgery if it is His will. We ask the Lord to wrap His arms around her in her exhaustion, to provide for her financially, and to give her strength for each long day. May she feel His love in tangible ways, especially through the support of friends like you and your niece.
For precious "A," we plead for the Comforter to move mightily in her little heart. Lord, replace her nightmares with Your peace, her fear with Your courage, and her oppositional spirit with a supernatural ability to trust again. Soften the hearts of those who tease her at school—let her find unexpected kindness and friendship. Break the chains of PTSD and every diagnosis the enemy has tried to use to define her. Raise up godly counselors, teachers, and mentors to speak life over her. Most of all, Lord, let her know she is seen, she is loved, and she is *not* what has happened to her.
As for her father, we pray for a Damascus Road encounter with the living God. Expose the darkness in his heart, Lord, and bring him to true repentance—not just for his daughter’s sake, but for his own soul. Break the cycle of manipulation and abuse in his life. If he is truly a believer, convict him deeply; if he is not, pursue him relentlessly. Bind his hands from any plan to harm or take "A" out of the country. Place divine obstacles in his path, and let every threat against her be thwarted by Your mighty hand. Give "K" wisdom in legal matters, favor in the courts, and supernatural discernment to protect her daughter.
We will not stop praying for this situation, and we encourage you to share updates as the Lord works. Even in the waiting, we trust He is moving behind the scenes. Thank you for bringing this need before us—it is a privilege to stand in the gap with you. Let us know how we can continue to lift them up, and if the Lord brings victory in any area, we would love to rejoice with you in a praise report.
May you feel His presence strongly as you intercede for this family. You are doing kingdom work, and we are grateful for your heart of compassion. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and know that we are right here with you in prayer.
In Jesus’ name.
