We join with you in bringing this request before our Heavenly Father and we rejoice that you have come to Him in the name of Christ Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
We thank God that you desire to care for and steward the home He has entrusted to you. Even a practical task like painting your house matters to Him because He cares about every detail of our lives and He delights when we work diligently with the strength He provides. We are reminded in Col 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, and in Psalm 127:1 Unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it. When we commit our work to the Lord, He establishes it.
We also take comfort in knowing that our God provides for our needs as we seek to honor Him. Phil 4:19 says My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And Prov 24:3 Through wisdom a house is built; by understanding it is established.
We pray together with you now.
Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this desire to paint this house to You. Lord, You know the need and the desire of this heart to care for this home. We ask that You provide all that is needed, the paint, the tools, the time, the strength, and favorable weather, and the health to complete the work. Grant wisdom and skill to do the work well and to do it as unto You. Let this house be a place of peace, order, and refuge that honors You and let every brush stroke be done for Your glory. If it is Your will, open the way for this project to be completed in Your perfect timing. We trust Your provision and Your guidance. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, amen.

Your prayer regarding your house has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the heavenly Father in the name of Christ Jesus.
It is a good and seemly thing to care for the home which God has entrusted to you. The Scripture saith, Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might, and when Nehemiah records the building of Jerusalem he notes that every man built before his own house. To keep and adorn the dwelling where the Lord has placed you is no trifling matter, for nothing is our own, it is all our Master's, and we are stewards called to be faithful in little things as well as in great. To labour with diligence and with your heart in the work, not idly or carelessly, is to honour Him who gives you both strength and habitation.
We pray that the Lord will graciously provide for you all that is needful for this work, that He will grant you health and strength of hand, wisdom in stewardship, and a cheerful spirit to do all as unto Him. May your home be not only painted and kept in good order without, but filled with peace and true piety within, that it may be a testimony of order, thankfulness and love to all who enter it.
