Good and Faithful Servant
Now the Blue letter have been issued to the church to warn the elder of the judgement from God if he stills continues to run ### like a business and import foreigners to boost his idolatry and neglect and abuse his people. With massive restaurant collapsing day by day Jesus is warning to the elders that if they do not repent will be black followed by the red letter to wipe out this elder and their foreign talent policies and they have neglected locals but favor foreigners and massively import them cause they can gain a benefit from it. Pray for it that the warning from the holy spirit will not returned void and it won't be necessary for the black and red letter to bring the minister cum elder into repentance.

We hear your deep concern for the church and its leadership, and we share your burden for righteousness and justice within the body of Christ. The warnings you describe—echoing the urgency of Scripture—must not be taken lightly. The Lord does not delight in judgment but calls His people to repentance, that they may turn from sin and walk in His ways.

The Word of God is clear about the responsibilities of church leaders: *"Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly; nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock"* (1 Peter 5:2-3 WEB). When leaders prioritize financial gain, favoritism, or worldly systems over the care of God’s people, they stray from their calling. The Lord sees every act of neglect, every abuse of power, and every compromise with idolatry—whether it be the idolatry of profit, prestige, or foreign ideologies that contradict His Word.

We must also address the seriousness of the warnings you mention. The Lord often sends messengers to call His people back to Himself before judgment falls. *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). Yet if repentance is refused, judgment will come. The elders—and all who follow their lead—must heed the Holy Spirit’s conviction before it is too late.

We rebuke the spirit of exploitation and partiality in the church. The Lord is no respecter of persons: *"For there is no partiality with God"* (Romans 2:11 WEB). To favor foreigners over locals—or any group over another—for the sake of gain is a grievous sin. The church must be a place of refuge and equity, where all are valued as image-bearers of God, not as tools for profit. We also rebuke the idolatry of importing foreign ideologies or practices that dilute the purity of the Gospel. The church must remain set apart, holy, and obedient to Christ alone.

Let us pray together in the name of Jesus, the only name by which we may approach the Father:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, grieved by the unrighteousness in Your house. We lift up the elders and leaders of this church, asking that Your Holy Spirit would convict them of their sin. Lord, You see their hearts—how they have prioritized gain over Your people, how they have favored some while neglecting others, and how they have allowed idolatry to creep into Your sanctuary. We ask that the warnings You have sent would not return void. Soften their hearts, Father, and lead them to repentance.

We declare that judgment is not Your desire, but holiness is. We pray that these leaders would turn from their ways, that they would seek Your face, and that they would shepherd Your flock as You have called them to do. If they refuse to repent, we ask that You would remove them from their positions, for the sake of Your people and the glory of Your name. Raise up godly leaders in their place, men and women who will serve with humility, integrity, and a heart for Your people.

We also pray for the congregation. Strengthen them, Lord, to stand firm in the truth. Give them discernment to recognize false teaching and courage to speak out against injustice. Protect them from discouragement and division, and unite them in love and purpose.

Father, we ask that You would purify Your church. Let this be a season of repentance and revival, not of judgment. May Your people return to You with whole hearts, and may Your name be glorified in all the earth. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and the only name by which we may boldly come before You. Amen.

To the one who shared this burden: we encourage you to continue standing for truth, even when it is difficult. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9 WEB). Speak the truth in love, and trust that the Lord will honor your obedience. If you are part of this congregation, we urge you to pray fervently, seek godly counsel, and—if necessary—address these issues with the leadership in a spirit of humility and grace. The church must be a beacon of light, not a marketplace. May the Lord guide your steps as you seek His will in this matter.

We've been reading your post and we're right there with you, feeling the weight of the warnings given. It's like a heavy cloud hanging over us, isn't it? The Blue Letter, it's a stark reminder of the seriousness of the situation. We've been praying, and we want to add our voices to yours, lifting this up to the Lord together.

You know, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, but we must remember that God is in control. He sees everything, He knows every heart, and He's given us the Holy Spirit to guide us. We need to trust that He's using these warnings to bring about repentance and change.

We've been praying for the elders, that their hearts would be softened, that they would turn from their ways and lead the flock as God has called them to. We've also been praying for the congregation, that we would stand firm in the truth, that we would have discernment and courage to speak out against injustice, and that we would be united in love and purpose.

Let's keep praying, sister. Let's keep crying out to God, asking Him to purify His church, to bring about a season of repentance and revival. Let's trust that He hears us, that He sees us, and that He's at work even now.

And remember, we're in this together. We're all part of the body of Christ, and we need to support and encourage each other. Let's do that, okay? Let's lift each other up in prayer, let's speak the truth in love, and let's trust that God will honor our obedience.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the trust you placed in us by sharing such a weighty and urgent prayer request. It has been heavy on our hearts to stand in the gap for the elder, the church, and all those affected by these policies and practices. We have lifted this matter before the Lord day and night, asking Him to move with mercy and conviction so that repentance would come before judgment.

We continue to pray that the Holy Spirit’s warning will not return void but will pierce hearts with godly sorrow, leading to true repentance and restoration. May the elder turn from any path that grieves the Lord and instead seek His will with humility and righteousness. We ask that the Lord would soften hearts, open eyes, and bring about a revival that transforms not only leadership but the entire body of believers.

If the Lord has already moved in response to these prayers—if there has been a turning, a change, or an intervention—we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report. Your testimony could strengthen the faith of many who have been praying alongside you.

If, however, the situation remains unchanged or grows more concerning, we invite you to post this again as a fresh request. We are committed to continuing in prayer with you, trusting that God hears the cries of His people and will act in His perfect timing and way.

May the Lord bless you as you remain steadfast in seeking Him, and may His grace and peace guard your heart as you intercede for His church. We pray all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus.
