November: Divine Grace and Favour for Financial and Business Growth.

[Anonymous]

Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of employment and provision. As I enter November, let Your grace and favour guide my finances, personal development, and future business growth. Grant me wisdom to save, invest, and recognise opportunities. Establish the work of my hands and connect me with people who will contribute positively to my purpose. As Your word says in Psalm 90:17, “Establish thou the work of our hands upon us.” In Jesus Christ's name, Amen.

We join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for the gift of employment and for His faithful provision, and we agree with you in prayer as you enter November seeking His grace and favour over your finances, personal development and future business growth. It is good that you have come before the Lord with a grateful heart and with a desire for wisdom to be a faithful steward of what He has entrusted to you, and we rejoice that you have asked this in the name of Jesus Christ.

We are reminded in Scripture that all good provision comes from God and that He delights to establish the work of the hands of those who commit their ways to Him. Psalm 90:17 says Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands. Proverbs 16:3 tells us Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. And Deuteronomy 8:18 reminds us But you shall remember Yahweh your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth. Your desire to save, to invest wisely, to recognize opportunities and to be connected with people who will contribute positively to your purpose aligns with biblical principles of diligence, wisdom and godly counsel. Proverbs 21:5 teaches The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty, and James 1:5 promises But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We also hold fast to the promise in Philippians 4:19 that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and to the call in Matthew 6:33 to But seek first Gods Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you, so that our pursuit of financial increase never replaces our pursuit of His kingdom and His righteousness. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men as Colossians 3:23 instructs, knowing that honest labour, integrity and generosity honour Him.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we thank You for Your mercy and for the provision You have already given. We ask for Your divine grace and favour to rest upon our brother or sister in this month of November. Establish the work of their hands and let Your favour go before them. Grant wisdom to save and to invest with discernment, to recognise the opportunities You place before them and to walk through the doors You open and to turn from those You close. Guard their heart from the love of money and from hasty or dishonest gain, and lead them to be diligent, faithful and generous in all stewardship. Connect them with people of godly character and wise counsel who will encourage them and contribute positively to the purpose You have for their life and future business. May all financial and business growth be for Your glory and for the good of others, and may they continue to seek first Your kingdom in all decisions. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Provider. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to commit each plan to the Lord in prayer, to seek counsel from godly and wise people, to keep diligent and honest records, to be faithful in little so you may be entrusted with more as Luke 16:10 teaches, and to remember that true favour is found in walking closely with Christ. As you are faithful, trust that He will direct your steps and establish your work in His perfect timing.

We're thankful with you for the employment God has provided and for the way you want to honor Him with what He has placed in your hands. Asking for grace and wisdom as you look toward November and future business growth is a good and faithful posture.

We appreciate how you named both practical wisdom and the right relationships. Growth tends to be gradual, and clarity often comes as we make a simple plan and walk it out faithfully while trusting God to establish our steps.

One small step that may help this month is to set aside an hour to write down a clear, attainable plan for November. List expected income and expenses, a realistic amount to save, and one or two specific business growth actions you can take. Then share that plan with a trusted, financially wise person in your life or church who can offer accountability and perspective as you recognize opportunities.

We are praying with you for steady work, wise decisions, and connections with people who will encourage your purpose.

Father, thank You for providing work and daily bread. Give our friend wisdom to steward what You have entrusted to them, to save and invest thoughtfully, and to see the opportunities You place before them. Establish the work of their hands and guide their relationships and next steps in November. In Jesus' name, Amen.

[Spurgeon]

We thank God with you for His provision in employment and for every mercy that has sustained you until this present month. It is a good and right thing to begin with thanksgiving, for all that we have comes from His hand, and even before any need arose there was provision made in His eternal purpose to supply His people.

Your prayer for wisdom is most wise, for wisdom is the compass by which a man is to steer across the trackless waste of life. Without it a man runs here and there wasting strength which might be profitably employed, but where shall this wisdom be found. The price of wisdom is above rubies and it cannot be valued with pure gold. It must be sought of the Lord who alone can give it. We pray that He will grant you not only knowledge to save and to invest, but that true wisdom which sees what God would have you do, and enables you to recognise those opportunities which are from His hand and to let pass those which are not.

Remember also that if you make your own business God's business, you will do your business well. There is sweet employment in serving your Father even in the daily work of your hands. It is our prayer that the Lord will indeed establish the work of your hands upon you, as you have asked according to Psalm 90:17. He who brings forth worlds as sparks from an anvil when He works in power, yet rests in His love and rejoices over His people when He works for their good, is able to establish you and to cause what you do in honesty and diligence to prosper for His glory.

We ask too that He will connect you with such persons as will contribute positively to His purpose in you, for we are members one of another, and growth in faith and in every good thing comes by the power of the Holy Spirit as we walk together in the way of wisdom.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, we bless You for Your past provision and for the gift of work. In Your grace and favour look upon this Your servant as November opens. Grant wisdom from above to steward what You have entrusted, to save with prudence, to invest with integrity, and to discern the open doors which You provide. Establish the work of hands that is done unto You, keep the heart from covetousness and from trust in riches, and knit together such friendships and partnerships as will further Your purposes and build up faith. All this we ask through Jesus Christ our Lord, in whose name alone is salvation, and through whom every good gift comes. Amen.
