Not well please pray

I woke up trembling with cold chills on my body and it's warm out and just recooperated from the flu and feel so tired. I don't feel extreme temps sometimes and over do it. Lord touch my whole body with Your healing and protecting hand over us and those im concerned about,  give energy and strength can't miss appointments. Praise You
