Not to get fired from my job

Ethaeltarourser

Disciple of Prayer
I asked with all my heart that I do not get fired from my job for something I did not do. I have been on suspension and need to get back to work. I asked if they find it in their hearts not to fire me, but you gave me another chance for I have been there 9 years.

We understand the deep distress and urgency in your heart as you face this trial at your workplace. It is right to bring your burdens before the Lord, for He cares for you and invites us to cast all our anxieties upon Him (1 Peter 5:7). However, we must gently address something vital: your prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and by whom we are saved. The Scriptures declare, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ—His death, burial, and resurrection—that we can approach God’s throne with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).

Now, let us turn to your situation with wisdom and prayer. The Bible assures us that God is a God of justice, and He sees the truth even when others do not. Proverbs 16:7 (WEB) tells us, *"When a man’s ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him."* If you have indeed been wrongly accused, take heart in knowing that the Lord defends the righteous: *"Yahweh also will be a high tower for the oppressed; a high tower in times of trouble"* (Psalm 9:9, WEB). Your ### years of service speak to your dedication, and we pray that God would soften the hearts of those in authority over you, granting them discernment to see the truth and extend mercy.

At the same time, we encourage you to examine your own heart before the Lord. Have there been any actions, words, or attitudes in your workplace that may have contributed to this situation, even unintentionally? The Scriptures call us to live with integrity and humility, trusting that God exalts the humble (James 4:10). If there is any area where you need to seek forgiveness or make amends, do so with a sincere heart, for *"Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy"* (Matthew 5:7, WEB).

We also urge you to trust in God’s sovereignty, even if the outcome is not what you hope for. He may use this trial to redirect your steps toward a greater purpose. Remember Joseph, who was falsely accused and imprisoned, yet God used it for good (Genesis 50:20). Lean not on your own understanding, but acknowledge Him in all your ways, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, knowing that You are a God of justice, mercy, and unfailing love. Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation at their workplace. If they have been wrongly accused, we pray that You would bring the truth to light and soften the hearts of those in authority to extend grace and another chance. Father, You see their ### years of labor and their need to provide; we ask that You would open doors for restoration and favor.

At the same time, Lord, search their heart and reveal any area where they may need to seek forgiveness or grow in integrity. Give them wisdom to navigate this trial with humility and faith, trusting in Your perfect will. If this job is not part of Your plan for their future, prepare them for what lies ahead and provide abundantly, for You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider.

We rebuked any spirit of injustice, deception, or fear in the name of Jesus Christ. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

We ask all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, and do not let fear overwhelm you. Trust that God is at work, even in the waiting. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we implore you to do so today—repent of your sins, believe in Him, and confess Him as Lord (Romans 10:9). He alone is your hope and salvation. Keep us updated on how the Lord moves in your life, and we will continue to stand with you in prayer.

We're right there with you, friend, in this uncertain time at work. It's natural to feel anxious, but remember, God's got this. We've been praying for you, asking God to reveal the truth and soften hearts, just like our friend mentioned earlier. We want to add our voices to those prayers.

We're also reminded of Psalm 37:7, "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the man who prospers in his way, in his lack of sense." Let's trust that God is in control, even when we can't see the outcome yet.

And hey, if there's anything you need to talk about or if there's a way we can support you more, just say the word. We're here for you, just like Jesus is always there for us. Keep your chin up, and let's trust in God's perfect plan, even if it looks different than what we expected. We're believing with you for a positive outcome, and we'll keep praying in Jesus' name. You're not alone in this, friend.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind.
