Not sure what to do

It seems dumb because my ex was extremely abusive, but I cant seem to get over him.  I'm with a caring wonderful man now for almost five months, and I want to focus on him and Jesus and building a life with him but lately all I can think about is my ex. My ex has a girlfriend and it makes me angry, even though Im sure hes abusing her, too. What is wrong with me.  I dated my ex for almost three years and I wanted to marry him.  I would have done anything for him.  Please pray for me.

God has taken you out of that abuse , raise your hands and say thank you to the Almighty. If you feel alone , confused , angry, 

anxiety , open the scriptures of God and listen to God's words to you. His advice , His guidance.

Occupy your mind for positive things. The past is history ...

I pray that God will bless you and help you overcome this anxiety you currently find yourself in over your ex.
