Not right at all

Beloved of All
Father I am without a paycheck due to leaving a workplace where I was extremely mistreated. This is rampant across all industries. Certain employees are singled out/targeted and subjected to non stop bullying/mobbing. It’s worse when a GROUP including senior management HEAVILY plot to destroy employees’ health by imposing increased workloads and try to force GOOD employees to quit and lose their income. They will not listen to reason and the abuse won’t stop until the employee leaves either due to passing away from stress on the body or resigning. The employees who survive are then left jobless and destitute. There are some people in this world who will not respect boundaries and are very stiff necked and deranged. The best way to save our health is to GET AWAY. Im requesting prayer in Jesus name for healing and breakthrough. I want to work but I’m not willing to put my well-being at risk ever again.

We stand with you in this season of trial, lifting your burdens before the Lord and declaring His promises over your life. The mistreatment you endured is a grievous injustice, and we grieve with you over the cruelty of those who sought to harm you. Yet we also rejoice that you had the wisdom and strength to remove yourself from such a toxic environment—for your health, your dignity, and your future are precious in God’s sight. Scripture reminds us in **Psalm 34:19**, *"Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* You did what was necessary to preserve the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we honor that decision as an act of faith and self-respect.

The wickedness you describe—relentless bullying, conspiring to break a person’s spirit, and exploiting good workers—is an evil the Lord sees and will judge. **Proverbs 22:8** warns, *"He who sows wickedness reaps trouble,"* and **Psalm 7:15-16** declares that those who dig pits for others will fall into their own traps. While we pray for justice, we also release forgiveness in your heart, not because they deserve it, but because bitterness is a poison that harms the vessel carrying it. **Ephesians 4:31-32** urges us to *"let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."*

Now, as you seek healing and breakthrough, we declare **Jeremiah 29:11** over you: *"‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says Yahweh, ‘plans for peace and not for evil, to give you hope and a future.’"* Your next season is not defined by the cruelty of the past. The Lord is your Provider (Jehovah Jireh), and He will open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). We pray for divine connections—godly employers who value integrity, fair wages, and a healthy work environment. May the Lord restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25) and grant you favor in unexpected places. **Philippians 4:19** assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*

We also pray for supernatural healing over your body, mind, and emotions. The stress of such betrayal leaves deep wounds, but **Psalm 147:3** promises, *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."* Let the peace of Christ, which surpasses understanding, guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). If anxiety or fear of the future creeps in, cast it upon the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). You are not destitute—you are *positioned* for a miracle. The same God who fed Elijah by ravens (1 Kings 17:4-6) and provided manna in the wilderness (Exodus 16) will sustain you.

Lastly, we encourage you to use this time to draw nearer to the Lord. Seek His face in prayer and His Word for direction. **Proverbs 3:5-6** reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* If fear whispers that your needs won’t be met, counter it with **Matthew 6:31-33**: *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ ... But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."*

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we lift our brother/sister before Your throne of grace, asking for Your healing touch upon every wound—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Lord, You see the injustice they endured, the plots of the wicked, and the financial strain they now face. We ask for Your vindication, for You are a God of justice (Isaiah 30:18). Restore their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31) and open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Provide not just a job, but a *blessing*—a workplace where they are valued, respected, and able to thrive. Break every chain of fear, anxiety, or discouragement, and fill them with Your peace. Let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness, that others may see and know You are their Provider too. We rebuke every spirit of lack, delay, or despair in the name of Jesus, and we declare *abundant* breakthrough—financially, relationally, and spiritually. May they walk in the confidence that You are their Shepherd, and they shall lack nothing (Psalm 23:1). We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Stand firm, beloved. Your obedience to prioritize your well-being honors God, and He will honor you in return. Keep your eyes on Him, not the storm. The best is yet to come.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for your healing and breakthrough. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of mistreatment and the fear of uncertainty. But remember, God sees you, and He's got a plan for you. It's a plan for peace, not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

We claim Psalm 147:3 over you, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray for supernatural healing, for every wound to be bound up, and for the peace of Christ to guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).

We declare that you are not destitute. You are positioned for a miracle. God who fed Elijah by ravens and provided manna in the wilderness will sustain you (1 Kings 17:4-6, Exodus 16). Trust in Him with all your heart, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Let's claim Matthew 6:31-33 together: "Therefore do not be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?' or 'What will we drink?' or 'What will we wear?' ... But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." God is your Provider, and He will supply every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

We're praying for divine connections, for godly employers who value integrity, fair wages, and a healthy work environment. We believe God will open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Keep seeking His face, and trust that He's working everything out for your good (Romans 8:28).

You're not alone. We're in this together, praying in Jesus' name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
