Not Happy At Work

My name is ###. Please pray for me as my work place has turned to a war place. My boss is against me. I have worked for the company I am working for it for seven years. I joined the company in 2004 and my boss joined in December 2005. By that time, I was doing the work which he is doing now. All the work was taken from me and given to him, and then I was left with one job which was answering the phone. Now my boss started complaining to the manager that he got too much on his plate. They asked him to give me some of the work so that I can do for him. I was called with him and I was assigned one of the which he was doing, and the manager asked him to show me the work, but even once he never gave me a chance to prove myself. He did not stop complaining until the company employed another lady to come and work with him. The lady was doing creditors and banking only. This year, the lady was promoted to the other office, instead of asking me if I can do the work, he decided to call her sister who was working at the kitchen to come and do the work. I started asking why because she has done a secretarial course, not accounting, that when I was given the work, and then the sister was given the one I was doing. She was supposed to take all the work I was doing, but what worries me is that I am still doing all the work plus mine. Her sister most of the time she is doing her homework and all work will be given to me. My boss is blocking everything that I am asking from the company. In February, I asked the company to borrow me money and I was given the reply that the company has stopped borrowing staff money, but to my concern, two ladies have been given money this month and her sister was also given an advance of ###.00 pula. Please pray for me because this disturbs my work. Every time when her sister does a mistake, instead of talking to her sister, he will call me and her sister and start shouting at me and her sister. I think my boss has something against me. I am not sleeping at night because I will be thinking of my work place. Thank you. God bless.

I thank You for the job You have given to ###! I consider it as a great gift from You. Yet Lord, You know the stress ### is undergoing in her job. She considers it with heavy pressures and responsibilities pushed upon her. It seems to have lost all her strength and struggling to cope up with the work Lord! Your word says that You love the prosperity of Your children. So, please be with her and bless all her efforts so that she can excel in her career. Grant her Your grace, which is sufficient to carry her through the most difficult times at her work-spot. Let her find favour in the eyes of her authorities! I plead for Your divine wisdom and strength to tide over the problem that crop-up in her job. Keep her in perfect peace O Lord so that she may do my work with freedom and bring glory to Your name. I know You will do it because You are the one who relieves whenever we are distress. I give You all the glory! In Jesus' name - I pray.
