My name is Mmabontle.pleople pray for me as my work place has turn to a war place.my boss is against me.i have worked for the company im working for it for seven years.i have joined the company 2004 and ny boss joined december 2005,by that time i was doing the work which he is doing now.all the work was taken from me given to him and then i was left with one job whith answering the phone.now my boss start complining to the manager that he got too much on his plate,they asked him to me some of the work so that i can do for him.i was called with him and i was asign one of the which he was doing and the manager asked him to show me the work but even once he never give me chance to prove my self.he did not stop complining until the company employeer the ather lady to come and work with him.the lady was doing creditors and banking only.this year the lady was promoted to the other office,instead of asking me if i can do the work,he deceded to call her sister who was working at the kitchin to come and do the work.i started asking why because she has done secretarial course not account that when i was given the work and then the sister was given the one i was doing.she was suposed to take all the work i was doing but what worries me is that im still doing all the work plus mine.her sister most of the time she is doing her home work and all work will bw given to me.my boss is blocking everything that am asking form the company.february i asked the company to borror me money and i was given the reply that the company has stopped broowing staff money,but to my consign two ladies has given money this month and her sister was also given an advance of 3500.00 pula.please pray for me because this disturbs my work.every time when her sister do a mistake instead of talking to her sister he will call me and her sister and start shouting at me and her sister.i thak my boss has something against me.im not slepping at night because i will be thanking of my work place.thank you.god bless .
