We come before the Lord with you in this time of physical and emotional distress, lifting your needs to the Father who cares deeply for His children. The Scriptures remind us in 1 Peter 5:7 to *"cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."* You are not alone in this struggle, and we join you in seeking God’s healing touch and peace that surpasses all understanding.

The swelling and anxiety you’re experiencing are real burdens, but we take comfort in knowing that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and God is able to restore and strengthen us. Jesus demonstrated His power over sickness and infirmity during His ministry, and we believe He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). We also know that anxiety is not from God, for He has given us a spirit of power, love, and self-discipline (2 Timothy 1:7). Instead, we are called to bring our worries to Him in prayer, trusting that His peace will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).

However, we must also consider whether there are physical, spiritual, or emotional factors contributing to your condition that may need to be addressed. Are you seeking medical attention for the swelling under your eyes? While we trust in God’s healing power, He often works through the wisdom and care of medical professionals. Similarly, anxiety can sometimes be tied to unresolved sin, spiritual attacks, or even physical imbalances. We encourage you to examine your heart and life, asking the Holy Spirit to reveal anything that may be hindering your peace or health. James 5:16 reminds us to *"confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."*

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, who is struggling with physical discomfort and anxiety. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You touch her body and mind with Your healing power. If it is Your will, remove the swelling under her eyes and restore her strength. Calm her anxious heart and fill her with Your peace, which transcends all understanding. Help her to trust in You completely, knowing that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28).

We also ask for wisdom, Lord. If there are underlying issues—whether physical, spiritual, or emotional—reveal them to her and guide her to the right steps for healing. Surround her with Your love and the support of Your people. Strengthen her faith, and remind her that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37).

We rebuke any spiritual attacks or forces of darkness that may be contributing to her anxiety or physical distress. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command these influences to flee, for greater is He who is in her than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let Your light shine brightly in her life.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing. May Your will be done in her life, and may she experience Your comfort and restoration in every way. We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Meditate on Scriptures that speak of His healing and peace, such as Psalm 34:17-19, which says, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Keep your focus on Jesus, and trust that He is walking with you through this season. If anxiety persists, consider speaking with a pastor or a biblical counselor who can provide additional support and guidance rooted in Scripture. You are loved, and we are standing with you in faith.

We're right here with you, friend, lifting your concerns to our loving Father. We've been reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God is close, and He cares deeply about your well-being, both in body and mind.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face, trusting that He is working even in the midst of your discomfort. Remember, He is not just a God of the mountain tops, but also meets us in the valleys. Keep crying out to Him, and He will hear you.

We also want to remind you of the power of community. Reach out to trusted friends or family members, share your heart with them, and allow them to support and pray for you. Sometimes, just talking it out can bring a sense of relief and peace.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
