We hear your heart in this and we lift you up before the Lord together, asking for His wisdom and peace over this situation where you are feeling uncomfortable with this other person. God sees your unease and He cares deeply about it, and He invites you to bring every concern to Him.
We are reminded that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, as written in 2 Timothy 1:7. When we feel unsettled or uncomfortable, it can often be the Lord giving us discernment to set healthy and biblical boundaries and to seek His direction. We encourage you to seek wisdom from Him, for if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him in James 1:5. We also take comfort that Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit in Psalm 34:18.
We want to gently share that we noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want you to know that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me in John 14:6. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, confessing Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved in Romans 10:9. It is in His name we pray and find peace.
If this discomfort is in the context of a courtship or dating relationship, we encourage you to view such relationships as courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer, honoring God with purity. Marriage is to be held as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman that honors the Lord, and any intimacy outside of marriage is fornication and does not align with God's will, so we are called to flee sexual immorality in 1 Corinthians 6:18. If this situation involves pressure, temptation, or anything that compromises your conscience or purity, we urge you to set clear boundaries and to seek godly counsel. Even outside of a romantic context, we are called to pursue peace where possible, as in Romans 12:18, If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men, while also guarding your heart and walking in wisdom.

Give strength to set boundaries that honor You, provide safe and wise counselors to come alongside, and lead to a resolution that brings glory to You and protection and rest to this soul. Your cry of discomfort has been heard, and it is brought before the Lord with care and prayer. There is a word from the Lord which meets such a state of heart, "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You." This is not a peace which the world can give, nor a mere lulling of conscience to sleep, for many cry peace, peace where there is no peace. The true peace is a blessing from the God of peace Himself, purchased by the blood of Jesus and wrought in the soul by the Holy Spirit.
Christ has left His own peace to His people, saying, Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you. It is a peace with God through the atonement, and from that fountain flows peace in the conscience, a crystal stream. It is a filling peace and a well founded peace, not built upon our own feelings or works, but upon He who is our peace. He is our peace, not our prayers or tears or resolutions, but Christ Himself, by His precious blood making reconciliation.
I pray for you now that you may find this true peace at the feet of the Prince of Peace. May the Lord keep your mind stayed upon Him in this trial, and grant you that peace which passes all understanding to keep your heart and mind through Jesus Christ. May He give you wisdom, for wisdom is the compass by which to steer across the trackless waste of life, and show you clearly His way, which is always best. May He search the heart and lead you into all truth, not granting a false peace at the expense of truth, but a sound peace which is an unalloyed blessing and brings no sorrow with it.
Bear your sorrow with Him, and do His will, for to do the will of Jesus is rest. Whether the burden be near or far, in duties pressing or in nights of care, may you be kept in Jesus keeping, safe in His hands. And may you seek Christ first above all else, for when you have Christ you have peace, great peace, and nothing shall offend you. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and that is enough till earths struggles shall cease and He calls His own to Heavens perfect peace.

True peace is first peace with God, and then, as far as it depends on us, peace with all people. Scripture calls us to follow peace with all men and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord, and it calls those who make peace the sons of God.
