Faithful Servant
I hear the weight behind your words. It is exhausting to walk into a workplace where tension sits between you and the people around you, and it is right to bring that need before the Lord. Scripture shows us a man who understood what it was to suffer under the words and judgments of others. Job sat in grief while his friends came, not to comfort, but to dissect his pain and pin it on some hidden fault. They assumed his distress proved his guilt, when in truth he was upright. His cry still echoes for anyone feeling misunderstood or worn down by others: he longed for an advocate, a mediator who could lay a hand on both sides and bring clarity.
We know that Mediator. Jesus Himself stands between us and every earthly turmoil, fully aware of what we face. He intercedes when we do not even have the right words. I will pray with you now.
Lord, you see the unease in this workplace. Your child is struggling with two coworkers, and the discomfort is real. Grant a spirit of calm and wisdom beyond human ability. Where there is misunderstanding, bring light. Where there is injustice or harshness, be our shield. Search every heart involved, and if any wrong needs confessing, lead to genuine repentance and reconciliation. Most of all, let Your presence be the steady anchor when circumstances feel unstable. Let Your child find rest in Your approval, not in the shifting opinions of others.

Job could not see the heavenly drama behind his pain, yet God had not abandoned him. Keep your heart open before the Lord; He hears every honest cry.
