We say , put your faith in God. Have Faith in God is even my sig for my emails. Faith will lead you and show you the way. Faith. What's it all about anyway. I know guys don't get on me. I am a christian and i know the textbook and Biblical definations of Fatih but what is it all aobut to you>

Hey even our sermon this morning was putting you trust and Fatih in God.

As I sit here in the mist of my financial situations with so much dismay and worry upon my heart I don't know how I can even see a glempse of daylight and relief, a voice just now says, Cindy, Put your faith in God and trust him.

WOW!!!

So what is Faith to you? How do you respond and how should I respond?

First off, thank you for your prayers for my situation - it literally brought me to tears! In regards to your question, in my opinion faith is the knowledge that you believe and put your trust in God that everything that happens is preparing us for something else. All that seems bad will eventually present itself as good in its due time. When we are in our situations (as you and i are both), it seems as if everything is caving in on us and we don't see the positives in our life (no matter how small they are). But i find that just looking at the sun rise and set, the beautiful sky, the faces of children - it reminds me that is God is very much here and has put his faith in us - trusting that we will live each day to the fullest through his word and examples and that we can do the same (put our faith in him). In all honesty, that is easier said than done but do know Jesus loves you and will not let you drown, it may just take us a while to realize that! Just know i am praying for your situation.

Don't put your trust in what you have or don’t have or what you see or don’t see. Life is what you have, and it's not who you know. Trust in God. He said "I will never leave you nor forsake you." (Hb 13.5-6)

Gracious and eternal God, our lives, our hope, our destiny, our future, and our world belong to you. Teach us to trust you rather than ourselves. Teach us to place our hope only in you. In the name of our risen Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

This is My "description" of My Faith that came to my Mind. Through this song.

Faith is not seeing with the eye per say, it is believing in what you can't "see" through the Lord, but feeling The Lord's Presence Within you, therefore knowing he will take care of every detail, then you will "SEE" through your EYES your evidence of your Faith, manifesting right before your very eyes, Through the Lord's Intervention and Miracles for you.

Think of all the Lord has done for you, he got you through then, increasing our Faith to know he will always. .

Worry takes away Faith, it is like saying we don't believe Jesus will do what he says he will do. We all know that to be untrue. Whatever Jesus says he WILL DO, HE DOES, IN HIS TIME, NOT OUR OWN TIME. We all get inpatient, but we must remain steadfast in the Lord's Love for us. If a negative thought comes in, may we replace this thought of the Lord's Promises to us all day, every day. We just have to renew our minds constantly and strive to do the Lord's Will, not judging others, none of us are perfect, but loving one another regardless.

We all face uncertainties, let us look to the Lord, for he promises he will take care of us, to depend on him, to Trust IN him completely, this includes myself also. .

Like the sermon today, came from the Lord today to YOU! The Lord knows what you need and when you need it, and he will supply all of your needs. TRUST AND BELIEVE IN THE LORD!

Lord, Help Cindy just now Lord, Give her your Strength just now Lord, Yes Lord, we are all human Lord, we react differently Lord, renew Cindy's mind Lord, Restore Cindy into who you want her to be through you Lord, Cindy is is calling out to you Lord, Reassure her Lord, May she Praise your Name just now Lord, you will always see her through Lord, In Jesus Name Amen

FAITH = complete trust , When someone believed in what you are, what you do & what you say. How do you feel?

You must have at least felt a sense of wellbeing, if really you are very emotional, you'll felt for sure wonderful.

How about Thinking of Our God as like us? Just like a next person who wants to feel good.

He leveled himself below us even more for easier connection, been our servant.

When you are pleased and happy you want to share,

make the person that makes you happy to be happy too, just to feel good again;

for that person to continue trusting you again.

In every prayers we asked, is it to please God first?

since we know that God wants our complete trust do we give it to Him in every prayers we asked?

Most definitely the Key to answered prayers is our FAITH.... As by your Faith You'll be answered.

By Choosing Who, where, when ....You'll know where your Faith is..........to Our Heavenly, Almighty God. In Jesus name in Eternity. Amen.

Hebrews 11:1 says Now faith IS the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things NOT YET seen. We have a FAITHFUL and loving Father.We have a FAITHFUL and loving Lord and Savior in Christ Jesus.You are looking to see our financial needs met right?That seems o be an ongoing issue.Many of the requests are for their financial needs to be met,so in no way are you gong through this alone. I have found that as we all go through this life we will go through many trials of our faith.Some are small,some large.Remember that God will not allow you to go through more then you can handle.And to handle something is not to handle it on your own.Even as we go from glory to glory,we also go from faith to faith.You can see how God handled your prior request for financial help right?From it you can learn and rejoice in the knowledge that because God honored my request before,I can trust Him to handle it again.That answer from Him should make you stronger,not weaker.Strenghth to faith,to stronger faith in Christ for the next round.But in the process you should also be learning.What is God teaching you in regards to money management? That's in the natural.Supernaturally,God could move on someones heart to give you the money.Or,like in Peters case,Jesus sent him fishing.The first fish he pulled out had enough gold in it's mouth to pay both Peters and His own tax bill.Nothing and I mean nothing is to hard for God.God also says,seek ye first the Kingdom of Heaven,and HIS righteousness and all these other things shall be added on to you.(speaking here of basic needs,food,drink,clothing etc.etc.) If you are saved,then you already are in His Kingdom and have been imputed onto you the righteousness of Christ( from His finished work at the Cross). So if this is money is for a basic,life need you should know it will be met.Maybe not the same way as last time,but it will be met.God is good and more then faithful.You have to be like a little kid in your faith.A Child knows his Mommy and Daddy will feed,clothe,and keep a roof over their head.He or she never doubts it,they just depend on it happening,never worrying.Only trusting.You need not to let worry set in.What God accomplished for you before,He most certainly do again. I struggle in area's like everyone else,but I have learned to be joyfully expectant.Actually excited sometimes to see how God will tackle what I may see as an impossibility.And I always stand in awe of our Lord when it's all said and done.Yep Sister,God is able.Try to rejoice and just offer up praise when things SEEM dark. In answer to your question I must tell you that I once saw a wonderful little sign that I remember so well that says it all as it concerns what faith is. I committed it to memory and hope you do too. I do not know who wrote it but it is beautiful and explains it so well.

"FAITH is seeing Light with your heart when all your eyes see is darkness."

Consider a 'twist' to your question, since I'm not sure there is an answer our minds can comprehend. Rather than "what is faith?", are we not more interested in, "How do I 'walk in faith' or let faith operate in my life?" And the answer to that is obviously, "by faith!" (Just joking.)

I have thought the thought that just as the faculty for seeing is our eyes, and the faculty for hearing is our ears, the faculty for smelling our nose, and so on...I'm coming to believe that the faculty for faith is not as we have supposed it to be, our mind, but rather the faculty for faith is our spirit. Thus we are told to, "walk by faith" and "walk by the Spirit". That is also why faith is impossible for 'non-Christians' and (as in Ephesians 2:8,9) it is a gift. That said it becomes a case of letting the Spirit of God in me and you exercise the faith given, not you or I trying with all of our might to believe. We can't exercise faith, He can, so the smartest thing to do is let Him and relax in Him. That makes Galatians 2:20 really clear, "I am crucified with Christ neverthe less I live, yet not I but Christ Lives in me and the life I now live in the flesh I live BY the faith OF Jesus Christ..." It's His faith, being active by His life, in us. How neat is that?
