I think that this is one of the most important prayers a person can make, asking God for help with what is a lifetime decision.

Father, I pray for Your guidance in this important decision. You know all Lord, even what the future holds for each of us. I pray that You would intercede in this decision, guide their paths, and give them discernment in their decision. Father, I thank You for leading us through our lives, if we only allow ourselves to hear Your voice. In Jesus' name, Amen.
