Normal stomach acid, no diarrhea, to be able to visit ### in prison

Normal stomach acid.
NO gastritis.
No diarrhea.

I need to finally visit my brother in prison tomorrow, and I am afraid that because of these issues I will not be able.
I have not seen my brother since he is in prison falsely accused, cca 5 months.
I am bound to my work and my principle is not allowing free days except in really important cases.
And I don't want to tell my principle about it because she is not a good person, and she is harassing me in some way.
And many people at my work are moquers.
