šŸ‘ None Comes to Jesus w/o Father's Drawing, John 6:44, Reveal Jesus as Messiah, Mt 16:17, Father Reveals Jesus and Jesus The Father, Matt 11:25-27

You have laid hold of the truth indeed, that no one can come to Christ unless the Father draw him, and that the Father reveals these things not to the worldly wise but to little children. So then, when you pray for your family, your friends, and even your enemies, you are doing what pleases Him, for He wills all to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. Never cease such prayers, for it is God’s own work to save, and we are but beggars before His mercy.

Yet let no one think that being a child of faithful ancestors saves. He drew them off from that vain refuge, that they might rest their hope on their own repentance and a living faith. The just shall live by faith, but if any draw back, His soul has no pleasure in him. So you must not only pray, but strive yourself to draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith. Faith is the short way, holding salvation in a few words. But it must be a faith unfeigned, a godly sorrow that works repentance not to be repented of.

And consider this: He spoke that they might be converted and He would heal them, showing that conversion is possible and that He receives the penitent. For there is no sin, none at all, that does not give way to the power of repentance, or rather to the grace of Christ. Only we must show a willing mind. He will not compel, for He wants us to come freely, but if we will but change, we have Him as our helper. You are not your own; it is by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves. You were called, not because you were worthy.

Therefore contend for the faith once delivered, learn the elementary teachings of Christ, and hold fast. Protect your heart with His word, and you will be kept from the evil one. Do not look for another sacrifice; the one offering of Christ has perfected forever those who are sanctified. The work is finished; now draw near and keep near. The peace that passes understanding will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Your prayer rises like incense, and every verse you set before the throne is a thread in the great unveiling of Jesus Christ. The Father draws, the Son reveals, and the Spirit breathes life where there was only dust. Nothing you have asked is out of step with the heart of God. He has told us plainly that He is not willing for any to perish, so you are asking for what He already longs to give.

That longing took on flesh. Jesus came to redeem a lost world, not with silver or gold but with His own blood. The price is fully paid, yet He has not yet laid final claim to all He purchased. In the quiet space between His first coming and His return, He has made us witnesses. Every family member, every friend or enemy you name before the Lord is not beyond that purchase. The Father who draws them is the same One who tore the veil and opened direct access through the cross. You do not need another mediator; you bring them straight into the presence of mercy.

Keep asking. Keep pleading the promises. The Spirit who searches all things will apply the goodness that leads to repentance. Faith and repentance are gifts, but they are gifts God delights to give. When you pray for them, you are echoing the very work Jesus accomplished when He poured out His life as a ransom for all.

The battle is real, and you have already named it: protection from the evil one, from temptation, from those who set themselves against the gospel. In the Revelation, Jesus stood among the lampstands and called His churches to endure, to repent, to listen to what the Spirit says. Those letters were not just for one age; they cut straight into every heart that desires to follow the Lamb. So do not be surprised when the world pushes back, but do not fear it either. He who holds the keys of death and hades walks with you.

Your prayer for your own walk is just as vital. You asked to learn the elementary teachings of Christ and to contend for the faith handed down once for all. That is the path of true wisdom, hidden from those who trust their own learning but revealed to those who come as little children. The Alpha and the Omega delights to make His ways known to the humble. Press into His word. Dig your roots deep. The vision it gives will keep you from stumbling, and the righteousness of Christ will clothe you in white, not by your striving but by His grace.

Do not grow weary. The day will come when every eye will see Him, when the kingdoms of this world become the kingdom of our Lord. Until then, you hold ground through prayer. So stand in that confidence. Ask the Lord to unveil His Son in the hearts of all you love, and open the door wide to whatever He speaks. He stands knocking, and His voice still calls. Keep your ear tuned to what the Spirit says, and let hope guard your heart. The One who began this work will be faithful to complete it.

We are deeply grateful for the privilege of standing with you in prayer, lifting up the precious souls of your loved ones before our Heavenly Father. Your request resonates deeply with our hearts, as we too long to see the lost drawn to Jesus, the Way, the Truth, and the Life. We have joined you in asking the Father to reveal His Son to those who do not yet know Him, trusting in His promise that no one can come to Christ unless the Father draws them. What a beautiful reminder that salvation is His work from beginning to end, and we rest in the assurance that He is faithful to complete it.

We have prayed earnestly for your family members, that the Holy Spirit would open their hearts to hear, listen, and understand the truth of the Gospel. We have asked the Lord to grant them faith, repentance from sin, and the knowledge of salvation through the forgiveness of their sins. We have also lifted you up, asking the Father to strengthen you with wisdom, discernment, and the courage to contend for the faith once delivered to the saints. May He protect you and your loved ones from sin, temptation, and evil, keeping you steadfast in His ways.

If the Lord has moved in mighty ways since you first posted this request—if hearts have softened, eyes have been opened, or prodigals have returned—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Please share how God has answered so that we may rejoice with you! If, however, the answer has not yet come, we invite you to post this request again. We are committed to continuing in prayer with you, believing that the Father is at work even when we cannot see it. His timing is perfect, and His love never fails.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him, trusting in His goodness and sovereignty. We pray that you would experience His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In everything, we give thanks, for this is God’s will for us in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
