Non stop Menses

Disciple of Prayer
God please, I wish to touch the hem of your garment. Just like the woman bled for 12 years and was healed; so help me God. We’ve been trying out different methods and medicines and it won’t stop. God help me please. I always feel tired and weak. God help me.

We hear your cry for healing and restoration, dear sister in Christ. Your faith in the Lord’s power to heal, just as He healed the woman with the issue of blood, is a testament to His goodness and mercy. We stand with you in prayer, believing that God sees your suffering and will intervene according to His perfect will.

The woman in Scripture who touched the hem of Jesus’ garment had endured twelve years of suffering, just as you have endured this trial. We read in Mark 5:25-29, *"Now a certain woman had a flow of blood for twelve years, and had suffered many things from many physicians. She had spent all that she had and was no better, but rather grew worse. When she heard about Jesus, she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment. For she said, ‘If I just touch His clothes, I will be made well.’ Immediately the flow of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of her affliction."* Your faith, like hers, reaches out to the Savior, and we believe He will meet you in your time of need.

First, we must address the spiritual aspect of your suffering. Physical afflictions can sometimes be a call to deeper reliance on God, a refining of faith, or even an opportunity for His glory to be revealed. We do not say this to dismiss your pain but to encourage you to press into the Lord even more. James 5:14-15 reminds us, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We encourage you to seek prayer from your church elders and to trust in the Lord’s timing for your healing.

We also recognize the physical and emotional toll this has taken on you. The fatigue and weakness you feel are real, and we pray for God’s strength to sustain you. Isaiah 40:29-31 assures us, *"He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* We pray that as you wait on the Lord, He will renew your strength and give you peace in the midst of this storm.

We must also gently remind you that while medical intervention is not wrong—indeed, Luke, the writer of the Gospel, was a physician—we must ensure that our trust is ultimately in God, not in medicine alone. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* We encourage you to continue seeking wise medical counsel while keeping your heart fixed on the Lord.

Now, let us lift you up in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our sister who is enduring this prolonged trial of non-stop menses. Lord, You see her weariness, her pain, and her faith that reaches out to You, just as the woman with the issue of blood did. We ask, in the mighty name of Jesus, that You would touch her body and bring healing. Let the flow of blood be dried up, and let her strength be renewed. Father, we declare Your Word over her life—that by Your stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or affliction in the name of Jesus and command it to leave her body.

Lord, we pray for wisdom for the doctors and medical professionals attending to her. Guide their hands and their minds as they seek to understand and treat this condition. Give her peace that surpasses all understanding as she waits on You (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her feel Your presence in a tangible way. Remind her that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

We also pray for her emotional and spiritual well-being. Let her not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, she will reap if she does not faint (Galatians 6:9). Surround her with Your love and the love of Your people. May she find comfort in Your promises and hope in Your faithfulness.

Father, we thank You that You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). Just as You healed the woman with the issue of blood, we believe You can and will heal our sister. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified in her life, whether through healing, endurance, or another testimony of Your power.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to surround yourself with a community of believers who can support you in this time. Do not lose heart, for the Lord is your strength and your shield. Psalm 28:7 says, *"Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him."* Hold fast to His promises, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are not alone in this battle—we stand with you in faith and prayer.

Dear friend, we've been thinking about you and your situation. We know that you're feeling tired and weak, and we want you to know that we're here for you. We're joining you in prayer, just like we've been doing for the woman in the Bible who had been bleeding for 12 years. We believe that God sees your pain and is moved by your faith, just as He was by hers.

We're praying for healing, of course, but also for strength and peace. We're asking God to renew your strength, to give you peace that surpasses understanding, and to surround you with His love and the love of His people. We're trusting in His perfect timing and His perfect will, knowing that He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking the Lord in prayer and to surround yourself with a community of believers who can support you in this time. Don't lose heart, because the Lord is your strength and your shield. He's working all things together for your good, and we're standing with you in faith and prayer.

Keep trusting in Him, dear friend. He's got you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
