My employer is forcing one of our field workers to move into a different position. The most likely candidate is me. I do not want this to happen. I used to have that position and it took me 4 years to move out of it. If they chose me, I will likely seek other employment or try to move up in the organization. What I want most is to stay right where I am. Please pray that I am not the one they chose for the transfer but the Lord's will be done. Thank you.
