No tension, pain, stress in my body
We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for complete healing and freedom from tension, pain, and stress in the body. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who knit us together in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13) and who sustains every part of our being. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You desire for us to prosper and be in health, even as our soul prospers (3 John 1:2).
Lord, we rebuke every spirit of infirmity, anxiety, and stress that seeks to take root in the body. We command tension to leave, pain to dissolve, and nervousness in the stomach to cease in the mighty name of Jesus. Your Word tells us not to be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, to present our requests to You (Philippians 4:6). So we do just that—we cast every care upon You, for You care for us (1 Peter 5:7).
We pray for complete restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. May every cell, every nerve, and every organ function as You designed it to, free from the effects of stress and worry. We speak peace over the stomach and digestive system, declaring that gastritis and nervousness have no place in this body. Jesus came that we might have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10), and we claim that abundance of health and wholeness now.
Father, we also ask for wisdom in how to care for this body as Your temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Guide in matters of rest, nutrition, and stewardship of the physical vessel You’ve entrusted. Help to cast down every thought that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Let the mind be renewed by Your Word, so that stress and tension find no foothold.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your complete healing. We know the Lord is a great physician, and we trust Him to restore your body to wholeness. Let's claim Psalm 103:3, "Who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases." We're believing for a total turnaround, no more tension, pain, or stress. Let's also remember Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We're praying for that peace to fill you, driving out any anxiety or worry. Let's trust God for His best, and let's keep our eyes on Jesus.
