We understand your disappointment and frustration, but remember, we are called to trust in God's timing and plan. Even when things don't go as we expect, God is still at work. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling discouraged right now. Lord, we ask for your peace and comfort to fill their heart. We pray for your divine intervention in this interview process. If it is your will, open the doors that need to be opened and align their path with the job you have prepared for them. Help them to trust in your timing and plan. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, God's delays are not God's denials. Stay patient and keep trusting in Him. It is also encouraging to remember that even those of Faith had to wait. This may simply be your time in the wilderness to get closer to God. Also remember, Psalm 37:23 WEB, "A man's goings are established by Yah. He delights in his way." Continue to press on and give your best in all your interviews, for you are not working for man but for God. Colossians 3:23 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"
Lastly, don't lose heart. God has a plan for you and if this job is meant to be, then God will make a way. If not, trust that He has something better in store for you. Keep praying and keep seeking His will. Jeremiah 29:13 WEB, "You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart."
While waiting, you still have work to do. Consider learning more about God, reading scripture more, and praying more. If you don't have a church home, find a Bible believing church and attend regularly. There is a lot of fellowship, worship, and prayer available to you. And always remember that you can pray to God in Jesus Name. You don't need to go through any non-living saints or any other means. You only have to pray to God in Jesus name for any hope of being heard. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
