No smell of gasoline, no noise under window

PLEASE LET THIS MAN GO AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNDER MY BALCONY!!! HE HAS CAR WITH ENGINE ON AND OBVIOUSLY REPAIRING HIS CAR!! GASOLIN FROM HIS CAR IS SMELLING TERRIBLY AND I AM ON THE 3 FLOOR. AND IT IS A PLACE BETWEEN 3 GARAGES, BETWEEN 3 WALLS. EVERY SMELL IS GOING INTO MY APPARTEMENT. IT ALSO VERY ACCOUSTIC AREA.

I have begged him twice to move from this place and he finally did that. Please pray that no one ever will have his car with engine on in this area more 2-3 minutes in Jesus name!!! And no meetings of people or any other noise because the noise doubles in this acoustic area. Thank you!!!
