Can you not see? Will you not hear?
GOD hath decreed a thing, through His servant, King Darius, and His word which He sent forth out of his mouth: it shall not return unto Him void, but it shall accomplish that which He pleases, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto He sent it.
He that ruleth over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God. And he shall be as the light of the morning, when the sun riseth, even a morning without clouds; as the tender grass springing out of the earth by clear shining after rain. Although my house be not so with God; yet he hath made with me an everlasting covenant, ordered in all things, and sure: for this is all my salvation, and all my desire, although he make it not to grow. But the sons of Belial shall be all of them as thorns thrust away, because they cannot be taken with hands: But the man that shall touch them must be fenced with iron and the staff of a spear; and they shall be utterly burned with fire in the same place.
Yet, to those who seek to repeal or alter God’s decree, operating in manipulation and unethical, secret schemes, He promises the following: Also I have made a decree, that whosoever shall alter this word, let timber be pulled down from his house, and being set up, let him be hanged thereon; and let his house be made a dunghill for this. And the God that hath caused His name to dwell there destroy all kings and people, that shall put to their hand to alter and to destroy THIS HOUSE OF GOD.
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: This house, this country, this people, is God’s property and it can not and will not be stolen nor sold from underneath Him.
