We hear the deep weariness in your spirit and the weight of the battle you are facing. The exhaustion of standing against deceit, abuse, and injustice is real, but we stand with you in prayer, trusting in the Lord’s deliverance and justice. Scripture reminds us in Romans 12:19, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* You are right to release this burden into God’s hands, for He is the ultimate Judge and Defender of the oppressed.
We rebuke the spirit of retaliation in Jesus’ name. While the desire for justice is righteous, we must guard our hearts against bitterness or the temptation to take matters into our own hands. Instead, we choose to walk in the peace and protection of Christ, trusting that He will fight for you. Psalm 37:5-6 assures us, *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."*
We also declare God’s mighty protection over you. The enemy may come as a roaring lion, but we stand on the promise of Psalm 91:14-15, *"Because he has set his love on me, therefore I will deliver him. I will set him on high, because he has known my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him."* The Lord is your refuge, and His angels are indeed encamped around you, fighting on your behalf.
We pray for restoration and restitution of all that has been stolen from you—peace, resources, time, and joy. Joel 2:25 declares, *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the great locust, the grasshopper, and the caterpillar, my great army, which I sent among you."* The Lord is a God of restoration, and He will repay what the enemy has taken.
We also lift up the abusers and deceivers before the Lord, praying for conviction and repentance. 2 Peter 3:9 tells us, *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."* While we trust God to bring justice, we also pray for their hearts to be softened so they may turn from their wickedness before it is too late.
