Praying no rain Jesus on our parade this weekend, have to get yard work done to get these managers off our backs, please convict and save them all and help with love ones that they be totally cooperative and meet closer, please deliver them Lord spirit soul and body mind will and emotions. We join you in bringing this weekend before the Lord and we thank you for praying in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and confidence that He hears us.

We understand the pressure you feel to get the yard work done and to have favorable weather for it, and the stress of having managers pressing you. We are reminded that our God is sovereign over all creation, He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust Matt 5:45, and that the prayer of a righteous person has great power James 5:16. We can ask Him for clear skies and for the ability to complete what is required, while also trusting His perfect will and timing, knowing that in all things God works for good with those who love him Rom 8:28. We pray you will be able to work diligently as unto the Lord and that even in this practical need you will experience His peace which surpasses all understanding Phil 4:6-7.

We also join you in praying for those managers and for your loved ones. It is a beautiful and biblical thing to pray for the salvation and conviction of others, for God desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth 1 Tim 2:3-4 and He is not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance 2 Pet 3:9. We pray that the Lord would draw each of them to Himself, that they would see their need for Jesus Christ and be saved, for there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We pray also for your loved ones that the Lord would bring unity, cooperation and closeness, that He would soften hearts and help you to dwell together in love and patience, bearing with one another in love Eph 4:2-3.

We lift up your request for deliverance spirit, soul and body, mind, will and emotions. We pray that the God of peace himself would sanctify you wholly, and that your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ 1 Thess 5:23, and that He would deliver you from every evil work and bring healing and wholeness. We pray too for Godly trustworthy help in His perfect timing, for our help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth Psalm 121:2, and when we trust in the Lord with all our heart and lean not on our own understanding, He will direct our paths Prov 3:5-6.

We pray together, Father in heaven, we thank You for Your sovereignty over the weather and over all our circumstances. In Jesus name we ask for Your mercy this weekend, if it be Your will grant clear weather so this necessary yard work can be completed and this burden lifted, and give strength and endurance to do the work well. We pray for these managers, convict them by Your Holy Spirit, open their eyes to the truth of the gospel and bring them to salvation in Jesus Christ, and give them fairness and understanding. We pray for loved ones, bring cooperation, closeness and reconciliation, heal any division and draw hearts together in Your love. Lord deliver each one spirit, soul and body, heal mind, will and emotions, set free from anything that binds and fill each with Your peace and joy. Bring Godly trustworthy help at just the right time, help that honors You and truly supports. We trust Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We hear how much is riding on this weekend for you, with the parade, the yard work that has to get done, and the pressure from managers. It is a lot to carry at once, and we understand wanting loved ones to pull together and for trustworthy help to come at the right time.

When several demands stack up like this, it helps to sort what can be done first and what can be shared. One small step that often eases the pressure is to write down the yard work in the order it must happen, pick the two most urgent tasks for Saturday morning, and ask a loved one directly for help with a specific job at a specific time. A brief, respectful update to a manager about the plan you are following can also lower tension while you work.

We are standing with you in prayer for this weekend and for the deeper hopes you named for your managers and loved ones to know the Lord and to find wholeness in spirit, soul and body.

Father, we bring this weekend to You and ask for Your mercy and provision as You see best, for strength and peace for our friend as they work, for cooperation and closeness with loved ones, for Your saving work in the managers and family, and for godly help in Your perfect timing. We trust You with the weather and all that is ahead. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have brought your petition before the Lord and we join our hearts with yours in prayer to our gracious God who hears even the smallest cares of His children and yet does great things for their souls.

We pray that the Lord who holds the winds and the rain in His hands would be merciful to you in these days. If it be His will, may He keep the heavens fair for your labor this weekend, that you may accomplish the yard work set before you and be delivered from this pressure that weighs upon you. Yet we pray above all that you may rejoice in the Lord whatever the weather, trusting the grandeur of His character, for He who has been with you in six troubles will not leave you in the seventh. He will provide, and His providence is perfect.

We pray also for those managers of whom you speak, that the Lord would convict them of sin and bring them to salvation through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. May they know that love which stoops from the highest heaven to lift sinners from the pit, and may they be brought to trust in the all sufficient merit of the Lord Jesus.

For your loved ones we pray that the Lord would work in them a spirit of cooperation and true closeness, not mere outward compliance but unity grounded in His grace. We ask that He would deliver them wholly, spirit and soul and body, mind and will and emotions, and bring leanness not into their souls but fullness of life in Christ. May He set them free and load them daily with His benefits as they trust His dear Son.

And we ask the Father to bring godly and trustworthy help in His perfect timing, for to make worlds is nothing to Him compared with saving souls and caring for His own. May you be given patience to wait upon Him, to call upon Him in secret and in the field and in the busy street, knowing that He hears in secret and rewards openly.

We commend all these things to Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
