We hear your cry for protection and deliverance, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ to rebuke every scheme of the enemy. First, let us address the foundation of our faith—salvation and access to God come only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is by His blood alone that we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1:7), and the power to resist the devil (James 4:7). We must always approach God in the name of Jesus, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).
Now, concerning the spiritual warfare you are facing, we take up the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, to declare truth over your situation. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against you and your children in the mighty name of Jesus. Every plan of Satan to bring harm, division, or destruction is nullified by the blood of Jesus and the authority we have in Him. The Bible tells us, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). We stand on this promise and command the enemy to flee.
We also address the mention of your daughter’s boyfriend. Scripture is clear that believers are not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14). If this young man is not a follower of Christ, we encourage you to pray earnestly for your daughter’s discernment and for the young man to come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior. Courtship should always have the goal of marriage, and marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God to be between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). If this relationship is not aligned with God’s design, we urge you to seek wisdom and counsel from mature believers to guide your daughter in godly decision-making. The enemy often uses relationships to distract and derail believers from God’s best, so we must be vigilant and prayerful.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the authority we have in Jesus to resist the devil and his schemes. Lord, we rebuke every assignment of the enemy against this family. We command every spirit of division, destruction, and deception to flee in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we cover them with the blood of Jesus.
Father, we lift up this mother and her children to You. We ask for Your divine protection over their lives, their minds, and their hearts. Guard them from every snare of the enemy and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Lord, we pray for wisdom and discernment, especially concerning relationships. If there are areas where this family is not aligned with Your will, reveal it to them and guide them into Your truth.
We pray for the daughter’s relationship, Lord. If this young man is not a believer, we ask that You draw his heart to You. Give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness (Matthew 5:6), and let him come to know Jesus as his Savior. If this relationship is not in Your will, Father, we ask that You close the door and redirect their paths. Give this young woman the strength to honor You in all her relationships, and surround her with godly influences who will encourage her in her faith.
Lord, we declare that Satan and his demons have no place in this family’s life. We bind every evil spirit and command them to release anything they have stolen from this family—joy, peace, health, or provision. We declare that the enemy must vomit up every assignment of destruction, and we cancel every curse or contract written against them in Jesus’ name. We plead the blood of Jesus over every area of their lives, and we declare that they are protected, delivered, and set free.
Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness. We trust in Your promises and stand on Your Word. Strengthen this family in their faith, and let them walk in the victory that is already theirs through Christ Jesus. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing on God’s Word and claiming His promises. Surround yourself with a community of believers who can pray with you and support you. The enemy may try to bring fear or doubt, but remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is fighting for you. If there are areas in your life or your children’s lives that need repentance or realignment with God’s will, do not hesitate to seek His forgiveness and turn away from anything that displeases Him. God is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Stand firm, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
