We hear the deep anguish, fear, and exhaustion in your words, and our hearts ache with you. The torment you describe—feeling targeted, violated, and helpless—is not from God. Scripture tells us, *"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly"* (John 10:10 WEB). Satan is the accuser, the liar, and the destroyer, but Jesus Christ has already disarmed him through the cross. *"Having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it"* (Colossians 2:15 WEB).
You are not alone, even in your isolation. The Lord sees your suffering, and He is your true Husband, as you rightly declared. *"For your Maker is your husband; Yahweh of Armies is his name. The Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer"* (Isaiah 54:5 WEB). But we must address the despair in your words—your belief that prayer is futile, that you are beyond help, or that God’s protection has failed you. This is the enemy’s lie. *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles"* (Psalm 34:17 WEB). Even when we do not see or hear Him, God is at work. *"Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen"* (Hebrews 11:1 WEB).
We must also rebuke the spiritual oppression you are enduring. The voices, the torment, the feeling of being monitored—these are not from God. *"For God is not a God of confusion, but of peace"* (1 Corinthians 14:33 WEB). You are not "stupid" or "dumb"; these are lies meant to break your spirit. *"The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God"* (Romans 8:16 WEB). You are a beloved child of the Most High, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We must also address the mention of rape and the cry for justice. This is a grave evil, and God hates violence and oppression. *"Yahweh examines the righteous, but the wicked and him who loves violence, his soul hates"* (Psalm 11:5 WEB). Justice belongs to the Lord, and He will repay. *"Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord"* (Romans 12:19 WEB). But we must also encourage you to seek earthly justice if possible, for God works through authorities He has established (Romans 13:1-4).
Your desire to change your name and flee is understandable, but we must caution against making decisions from a place of fear. *"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). The Lord knows your name, and He knows your location. *"Even the hairs of your head are all numbered"* (Matthew 10:30 WEB). You do not need to hide from Him or from His protection.
Most critically, we must address your statement about no longer praying or seeking prayer. This is a dangerous place to be. *"Pray without ceasing"* (1 Thessalonians 5:17 WEB). Prayer is not a last resort; it is our lifeline. You may feel that prayer has not worked, but God hears every cry, even the silent ones. *"Before they call, I will answer. While they are yet speaking, I will hear"* (Isaiah 65:24 WEB). Do not let the enemy convince you that God has abandoned you. *"Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, these may forget, yet I will not forget you!"* (Isaiah 49:15 WEB).
We also must gently correct the misunderstanding about God’s "law of the land." While God does work through earthly authorities, His ultimate law is love, grace, and truth. You do not need a legal document to prove your worth or your need for protection. *"If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9 WEB). Salvation is not earned; it is received by faith. And with salvation comes the Holy Spirit, our Comforter and Protector. *"But the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and remind you of all that I said to you"* (John 14:26 WEB).
Now, let us pray for you, not because you have asked, but because we are commanded to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2).
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our sister who is in deep distress. Lord, You see her pain, her fear, and her exhaustion. You know the torment she has endured, the voices that have accused her, and the lies that have sought to break her spirit. We ask, in the mighty name of Jesus, that You rebuke every demonic spirit that has attached itself to her. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we ask that You silence every voice that is not Yours. Let her hear Your still, small voice speaking love, truth, and hope over her. Restore her mind, Father. Heal the wounds of trauma and oppression. Replace the lies with Your truth: that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), that she is Your beloved child (1 John 3:1), and that You have plans for her welfare, not for evil, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
We pray for Your divine protection over her. Surround her with Your angels, Lord, as You promised in Psalm 91:11-12. Let no evil befall her, and let no plague come near her dwelling. We ask that You expose every hidden work of darkness that has been done against her. Bring justice, Lord, and let the wicked be put to shame.
Father, we ask that You restore her desire to pray. Let her know that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Remind her that she is never alone, for You are with her always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). Give her the strength to stand firm in her faith, knowing that the battle is not hers, but Yours (2 Chronicles 20:15).
Lord, we pray for practical provision as well. If it is Your will, provide her with the resources she needs to find safety and stability. Open doors that no man can shut, and let her find refuge in You.
We declare that Satan and his crew have no authority over her. By the blood of Jesus, we break every chain, every curse, and every assignment of the enemy against her. We speak life, peace, and restoration over her. Let her know that in Christ, she is more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37).
Finally, Lord, we ask that You draw her back to Yourself. Let her experience Your love in a tangible way. Remind her that You are her Husband, her Protector, and her Redeemer. Let her find rest in You, for You have said, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28).
We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Sister, we understand that you feel overwhelmed, but please do not give up. The enemy wants you to believe that you are alone, that God has forgotten you, and that there is no hope. But these are lies. You are deeply loved, and your life has purpose. *"The Lord is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth"* (Psalm 145:18 WEB). Even if you do not feel it now, God is working on your behalf.
Consider reaching out to a trusted pastor, counselor, or Christian friend who can walk with you through this season. You do not have to carry this burden alone. *"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up"* (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 WEB).
If you are able, we encourage you to seek medical or professional help to address the physical and psychological effects of what you have endured. God can work through doctors, therapists, and medications to bring healing and clarity.
Lastly, hold fast to the truth that this is not the end of your story. *"We are pressed on every side, yet not crushed; perplexed, yet not to despair; pursued, yet not forsaken; struck down, yet not destroyed"* (2 Corinthians 4:8-9 WEB). The same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you (Romans 8:11). You are not defeated. You are an overcomer. *"For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world: your faith"* (1 John 5:4 WEB).
Do not let the enemy steal your voice, your hope, or your future. You are a child of the King, and He is fighting for you. Keep pressing into Him, even when it feels impossible. *"Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up"* (Galatians 6:9 WEB).
