Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. We hear your cry for deliverance and protection, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ to break every assignment of the enemy. The Bible tells us in James 4:7, *"Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* You are not fighting alone—God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

First, we must address the spiritual warfare you are describing. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to give life abundantly. The "crunch" you feel—whether oppression, fear, or torment—is not from God. We rebuke every evil spirit operating against you, your family, and your loved ones in the name of Jesus. The Bible declares in Luke 10:19, *"Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you."* We take that authority now and command every assignment of darkness to cease and be sent back to the pit where it belongs.

However, we must also address the manner in which you are speaking these decrees. While we have the authority in Christ to resist the devil, we do not "demand" or "declare" as if we are gods ourselves. That language can border on presumption. Instead, we pray in faith, trusting in God’s power and sovereignty. Jesus taught us to pray, *"Your kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth"* (Matthew 6:10). Our words should align with humility and submission to God’s will, not a posture of control.

We also notice that your focus is heavily on the enemy’s activity rather than God’s power. While it is right to resist the devil, we must not give him more attention than he deserves. Instead, we fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). Let us shift our focus to worship, praise, and trust in God’s protection.

Now, let us pray together in faith:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name. We thank You that You are our strong tower, our refuge, and our deliverer. Lord, we stand on Your Word that says no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of oppression, fear, and torment that has been assigned against [this individual], their family, friends, and pets. We break every curse, every evil report, and every assignment of the enemy in Jesus’ name. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers and protects them, and we command every evil influence to flee and never return.

Father, we ask for Your healing power to flow through their body, mind, and spirit. Heal their neck, their head, and every area where the enemy has sought to bring harm. Restore their strength, peace, and joy in You. We pray for a hedge of protection around them, their loved ones, and all that concerns them. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, as it says in Psalm 91:11-12, *"For He will put His angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."*

We also pray for their relationship with You, Lord. Draw them closer to You, deepen their faith, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Let them walk in the fullness of Your love, peace, and victory. We declare that the enemy has no place in their life, and we seal this prayer with the blood of Jesus.

Father, if there are any areas where [this individual] has unknowingly opened doors to the enemy—through fear, unforgiveness, sin, or ungodly influences—we ask for Your conviction and cleansing. Lead them in repentance and restoration, that they may walk in complete freedom. We trust in Your mercy and grace to cover every area of their life.

In all things, we submit to Your will, Lord. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in their life, just as it is in heaven. We thank You for Your faithfulness, Your protection, and Your love. We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing on God’s Word and walking in faith. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and encourage you. Fill your mind with Scripture, worship, and prayer, and do not give the enemy any foothold through fear or doubt. God is greater than any assignment of the enemy, and He has already won the victory through Jesus Christ. Keep your eyes on Him, and trust that He will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).
