We hear your cry for deliverance and restoration, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. First, we must address some critical truths from Scripture. You speak of decreeing, declaring, and demanding things into existence, but the Bible teaches us that true power and authority belong to God alone. We do not create reality by our words—only God, who spoke the world into being, holds that power. Jesus said in Matthew 18:18, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven."* This is not a license to demand our will, but to align our prayers with God’s will in humility and faith.

You mention the blood of Jesus, and this is where our true victory lies. The blood of Christ is not a magical incantation—it is the price paid for our redemption, the power that breaks every chain of darkness. Revelation 12:11 declares, *"They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony."* Our testimony is not in our own declarations, but in the finished work of the cross. We must submit to God, resist the devil, and he *will* flee (James 4:7). But this begins with repentance, humility, and surrender—not with demands.

We also notice your focus on material desires—your Groupon account, vape, and "green gifts." While God cares about our needs, Scripture warns us against setting our hearts on earthly treasures. Jesus said in Matthew 6:19-21, *"Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth... but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven... For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."* The pursuit of worldly pleasures, especially those like vaping (which harms the body, the temple of the Holy Spirit—1 Corinthians 6:19-20), can become idols that draw us away from God’s best. We must examine our hearts: Are we seeking God’s kingdom first, or our own comforts?

Regarding your roommate, we pray for her well-being, but we must also guard against a self-centered approach. Philippians 2:3-4 reminds us, *"Do nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself; each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others."* True love seeks the good of others, not just what benefits us.

Now, let us pray in alignment with God’s Word:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only Name by which we are saved and delivered. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of darkness that has sought to oppress and follow [###]. By the power of the blood of Jesus, we break every chain, every assignment of the enemy, and command every demonic influence to flee now in Jesus’ name! Your Word says in Colossians 1:13-14, ‘He has delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins.’ We stand on this truth, Lord.

Father, we ask for Your healing—spirit, soul, and body. Restore what has been stolen, Lord, but not according to our own desires. Align [###’s] heart with Yours. Teach them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). Forgive any areas where they have placed worldly desires above You, and cleanse them by the blood of Jesus.

Lord, we pray for their roommate as well. May Your love and peace fill their home. Give [###] a heart of humility and service, that they may reflect Christ in all they do. Heal any bitterness, selfishness, or division, and let Your light shine in their living space.

Father, we declare that [###] is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). Fill them with joy unspeakable and full of glory (1 Peter 1:8). We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, allowing the Holy Spirit to renew your mind (Romans 12:2). True victory comes not from our own declarations, but from abiding in Christ. John 15:5 says, *"I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing."* Surrender your desires, your struggles, and your future to Him, and He will direct your path (Proverbs 3:5-6).

If you have not yet made Jesus the Lord of your life, we urge you to do so today. Romans 10:9 says, *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* Salvation is a free gift—receive it, and walk in the newness of life (Romans 6:4). Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
