We hear the weariness and urgency in your heart and we join with you in seeking God's will together in Jesus' name. You are tired of feeling cursed and oppressed, and you are crying out for life, for a new beginning, and for God to open a door for work in another state or country, and we want to lift that burden with you before the throne of grace.
We must gently and lovingly address some of what you have spoken, because our words matter greatly before the Lord. You used a profane word and spoke curses even as you said you want no more curses. Scripture teaches us that out of the same mouth should not come blessing and cursing, and we are called to let no corrupt speech proceed out of our mouth, but only what is good for building others up, that it may give grace to those who hear, Ephesians 4:29, Colossians 3:8. We also read that death and life are in the power of the tongue, Proverbs 18:21, and that with the tongue we bless God and with it we curse people who are made in the likeness of God, and this ought not to be so, James 3:9-10. We also must bless those who persecute us, bless and do not curse, Romans 12:14. So we urge you to repent of corrupt speech and of speaking curses over yourself, over others, and over the world, and to choose to speak life that aligns with God's Word.
We also need to address your statement that there will be no grace of yours for the world ever again greatly, permanently, forevermore. We understand that you have been hurt and you feel done with people, but as followers of Christ we are commanded to forgive and to show grace because we have been shown immeasurable grace. We read be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you, Ephesians 4:32, and if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses, Matthew 6:14-15. We are also told to love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you, Matthew 5:44. Withholding all grace forever will harden your own heart and hinder your walk with God, so we encourage you to release that bitterness to the Lord and ask Him to give you His heart for others even while you set healthy biblical boundaries.
We rejoice that you invoked the blood of Jesus, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and victory over the enemy. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12, and we have boldness to enter into the holy place by the blood of Jesus, Hebrews 10:19. The blood of Jesus is not a formula to demand our own will, but the precious atonement that redeems us from sin and from the curse, for Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us, Galatians 3:13, and there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, Romans 8:1. Satan is a defeated foe when we submit to God and resist him, so submit therefore to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you, James 4:7, and we are called to be sober and watchful because your adversary the devil walks around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour, withstand him steadfast in the faith, 1 Peter 5:8-9.
Regarding your desire to speak life into existence a hundredfold and for a new job urgently in another state or country, we affirm your desire to speak life, but we encourage you to speak it according to God's will and not merely as a demand. We know that God has plans for you, for we know the thoughts that we think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope and a future, Jeremiah 29:11, and that our God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19. We are also taught to seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well, Matthew 6:33, and whatever you do, work heartily as for the Lord and not for men, Colossians 3:23. We will pray for God's clear direction, provision, and open doors in His perfect timing, whether near or far.
We pray together now.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, covered by His blood. We thank You that through Jesus we are redeemed from every curse and that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. We ask You to forgive us for every corrupt word, every curse spoken, and every vow of unforgiveness and bitterness, and we ask You to cleanse our mouths and hearts and help us to speak only what is helpful for building up. Lord we release to You the hurt that caused our brother or sister to say they are done and will show no grace again, and we ask You to heal that wound, to give a heart that forgives as You forgave us, and to remove any root of bitterness. We rebuke the influence of the enemy in Jesus' name and declare that Satan has no authority over a child of God who submits to You, and we ask for Your protection, peace, and deliverance. Father, we lift up this urgent need for employment, for a new job in another state or country if it is Your will, we ask You to open the doors no man can shut, to provide work that honors You, to guide every step, to grant favor with employers, and to provide for every need according to Your riches in glory. Help us to trust Your timing and not lean on our own urgency, and to seek Your will above our own. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and let life and blessing come forth according to Your Word. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Amen.
