We hear your deep distress and the spiritual warfare you are describing, and we come before the throne of God with you in this battle. First, we must address the foundation of your plea, it is only through the blood of Jesus Christ that we have authority over darkness. You have rightly invoked His name, and we stand firm on that truth. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through Christ alone that we have victory over the powers of darkness.

The Bible tells us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." You are not fighting alone, and the enemy has no authority over you when you are covered by the blood of Jesus. We rebuke every demonic spirit that seeks to torment you, your mother, your cats, and your family in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy has no right to your light, your peace, or anything that belongs to you, for "the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world" (1 John 4:4).

We must also gently but firmly correct the language of fear and desperation in your plea. While the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), Jesus came to give us life abundantly. You are not powerless, you are a child of God, and He has given you authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). Do not speak as if the enemy has any claim over you, for "he who is in you is greater." Instead, declare the truth: "I am a child of God, and no weapon formed against me shall prosper" (Isaiah 54:17).

We also notice the mention of a "daughter" and family, and we want to encourage you to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. If there are relationships that are not aligned with God’s will, whether through unrepentant sin, spiritual deception, or other influences, we pray for discernment and wisdom for you. The enemy seeks to divide and destroy families, but God desires unity and peace among His people (Psalm 133:1). If there are areas where you or your loved ones have opened doors to spiritual attack, we encourage you to examine your hearts and repent of anything that does not align with God’s Word.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the authority You have given us over all the power of the enemy. We stand on Your Word, which declares that no weapon formed against us shall prosper and that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world.

Lord, we rebuke every demonic spirit that seeks to torment , her mother, her cats, and her family. We command these spirits to flee in the name of Jesus and to go where the Lord Jesus sends them. We declare that they have no right to ’s light, her peace, her family, or anything that belongs to her. We cover her and her household with the blood of Jesus, and we ask You to surround them with Your angels for protection (Psalm 91:11).

Father, we pray for peace to flood ’s heart and mind. We ask that You replace fear with faith, despair with hope, and confusion with clarity. Help her to stand firm in the truth of Your Word and to walk in the authority You have given her as Your child. We pray for wisdom and discernment for her, that she would recognize the schemes of the enemy and resist him steadfastly in the faith (1 Peter 5:9).

Lord, we also lift up her family to You. If there are areas where they have been deceived or influenced by the enemy, we ask that You open their eyes to the truth. Draw them closer to You and help them to walk in Your ways. We pray for unity, love, and peace to reign in her home, and we ask that You would bind any spirits of division or strife that seek to disrupt her family.

Father, we thank You for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. We declare that and her household are more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37). We thank You for Your protection, Your peace, and Your presence in their lives. May they walk in the light of Your truth and experience the abundant life You have promised.

We encourage you to continue standing on God’s Word and declaring His truth over your life. Memorize scriptures that speak to your authority in Christ, such as James 4:7, which says, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and encourage you in your faith. The enemy seeks to isolate, but God calls us to community (Hebrews 10:24-25).

If there are areas in your life where you feel the enemy has gained a foothold, we encourage you to examine your heart and repent of anything that does not align with God’s will. This could include unforgiveness, bitterness, occult involvement, or other sins that give the enemy legal rights to attack. Confess these things to the Lord, and He is faithful and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

Lastly, we want to remind you that God loves you deeply and desires for you to walk in freedom. Do not be afraid, for He has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust in His promises. You are not alone in this battle, He is with you always.

We hear how frightened you are right now, and we're not going to dismiss that. What you're describing sounds exhausting, feeling surrounded by spiritual darkness and needing protection for yourself, your mom, and your cats. Thank you for reaching out.

One thing we've found helpful when fears about spiritual attack become overwhelming is to remember that our safety doesn't depend on our own strength or light, but on Jesus, who has already defeated every dark power. Sometimes the enemy works hardest to convince us we're isolated and vulnerable, when in reality Christ is right here, strong and present. You don't have to fight this alone through sheer willpower or declarations. When the fear surges, you can simply speak His name, Jesus, quietly, even under your breath, as a reminder that He is with you and that no darkness can overpower Him.

It may also help to talk with a mature Christian leader or pastor in person about what you're experiencing. Sometimes having someone pray with you face to face, and help you sort through the spiritual confusion, brings a steadiness that isolated prayer can't always provide.

Lord Jesus, we ask You to cover this person, their mother, and their cats with Your protective presence tonight. Silence the voices of fear and accusation. Let them feel Your peace, the kind that doesn't make sense but settles the heart anyway. Remind them that they belong to You, and nothing can snatch them from Your hand. Give them rest, and in the days ahead, connect them with someone who can walk alongside them in wisdom and prayer. In Your name we ask this, amen.

Your words reveal a soul in deep agony, wrestling against a darkness that feels overwhelming. Yet the very language you use, commanding demons to flee, asserting ownership over your light and energy, betrays a fundamental error. No power resides in our own declarations or the strength of our will against the forces of evil. Deliverance is not wrought by the terror-filled shouts of man, but by the quiet, prevailing plea of a Savior’s blood.

The blood of Jesus speaks better things than the blood of Abel. Abel’s blood cried out from the ground for vengeance, a voice of accusation and horror. But the blood of Jesus cries out to God for mercy, for pardon, for cleansing. If you would be safe from the evil one, you must not rely upon your own frantic commands, but come under the shelter of that blood of sprinkling. It is the only voice that silences the accuser. It is the only seal which the destroyer respects. Stop looking to the strength of your own cries and look to the cross where sin and hell were vanquished.

You speak of a soul sold, of demons eating light. I know nothing in all Scripture of a child of God casting about frightened incantations. The deliverance which saves the soul is a simple reliance upon Jesus Christ. The ransom has been found, not by us, but by God himself. He has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son. No demon can pluck a soul from the hand of Christ. No pact can stand against the covenant of grace sealed by his blood. If you are trusting in that atoning sacrifice, your sin spent itself upon Jesus; it cannot touch you for a single moment. The dark one has no hold, no keep, no portion in one who is hidden in Christ.

You demand that these fiends have nothing of yours to keep. Yet what do you have that is your own? All you possess is forfeit to sin apart from grace. Your light is not your own to keep; Christ is your light. Your deliverance is not by your own bow and arrow, though you shoot with all your might. It is the Lord’s deliverance. The hands of the Almighty must be upon your hands for the arrow to speed to victory. Cease from this warfare of words and fleeing in terror. Fall before the Mediator. Acknowledge that you are going down to the pit, and let the clock of mercy strike your hour of deliverance through simple faith.

Let this be the conduct of one delivered: to live and declare the works of the Lord, not to live in perpetual dread of spectral foes. Come to Jesus just as you are, in all the confusion and fear of your lost estate. He is the approachable Lamb. He will receive you into his heart of love and arms of power, and where he is, no devouring beast can ever come.

The terror that fills your words comes not from God, who has not given us a spirit of fear, but from the deceits of the evil one. Do not ascribe such strength to demons as to suppose they can devour light or hold any soul forever by some imagined pact. These are lying vanities whispered to frighten the simple. The evil spirit often plays on the error of the multitude, just as men once thought the moon caused lunacy, when the demon himself was the cause. So too here: the thought that a soul can be “sold” beyond Christ’s reach is a slander against the blood of the covenant.

What is that blood? It is the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than Abel’s. Abel’s blood cried out from the ground, demanding justice; Christ’s blood cries out from heaven, proclaiming mercy and full remission. It cleanses not a few, but all who draw near in faith. You have called upon that blood; let your heart be still. No devil, no principality, no ruler of this darkness can snatch what that blood has purchased. The Lord delivered Paul from the lion’s mouth, and He will deliver you from every evil work. The evil one may prowl, but his kingdom is of this fleeting age, and his time is short.

Yet mark this: the Name of Jesus is no charm to be used by vagabonds or the fearful, as the sons of Sceva learned to their shame. It is the strong tower of the righteous who belong to Him by faith and holy living. You have called your mother, your daughter, your family to stand apart; but first see that your own foothold is on the rock. Flee from every sin, for that opens the door to oppression; cling to the Mediator of the New Covenant. You have not come to a mountain that may be touched, but to Mount Sion, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, to the church of the firstborn enrolled in heaven, and to God the Judge of all. Why then cower before the spirits of the air? He that is in you is greater than he that is in the world.

Therefore, renounce this babbling of “eating lights” and sold souls. It is the devil’s trade, to bring a reproach upon nature and to magnify himself beyond measure. He is a creature, fallen and bound for the fire prepared for him. His goods, his sorceries, Christ came to destroy. When the Lord said He would bind the strong man, He meant not only casting out demons then, but driving all error from the world and making his arts useless. Stand on that victory. Say rather, “The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?” Let that be your cry, not a clamor of terror.

May the blood of Christ silence every accusing voice, and may the peace of the heavenly assembly guard your mind. You and your household, and even your innocent little creatures, are under the shadow of the Almighty if you abide in Him. Nothing of yours belongs to the darkness; you were bought with a price. Go then in quietness, and let no delusion of the night trouble your soul again.

There is power in the name of Jesus and in the blood He shed. That blood is not something to be spoken of lightly or treated like a charm. It is the very life of the Son of God, poured out to put away sin once and for all. The old sacrifices could only cover wrongdoing for a time, but the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses from all sin. When you cry out for protection and declare that these forces have no hold on you, that plea finds its foundation entirely in what He accomplished on the cross.

The enemy is real, and his forces are bent on destruction. But their final destination is sealed. They have no legitimate claim over a life that has been covered by the blood of the Lamb. When Scripture speaks of overcoming the accuser, it says believers overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony. Your testimony right now can be simple: you belong to Jesus Christ. You are not of the darkness, and the dark has nothing in you because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. Do not give the enemy more credit than he is due. He is a defeated foe. The victory was won when Jesus entered not into an earthly copy of the holy place, but into heaven itself, presenting His own blood as the complete and final atonement.

Your safety is not in your own emotional energy or in a frantic declaration, but in abiding in Christ. Just as the blood on the doorposts marked a home as safe from judgment, your place of safety is being in Him. He is your refuge. Step back from the terror of what you feel is coming against you and rest in the finished work of the cross. The blood of Jesus has brought you near to God. Because of that sacrifice, the veil that separated you from the presence of the Father has been torn. You don't need to shout into the abyss to be heard. You can bow your heart before the throne of grace and find mercy and help in this very real time of need.

The spiritual world is not moved by a string of words, but by faith in the Son of God who loved you and gave Himself for you. The Spirit, the water, and the blood all agree on this testimony: God has provided full forgiveness and protection in Christ. Hold fast to that truth. Place your ###, your cats, and your entire household under the covering that matters most, a life hidden with Christ in God. He is faithful, and He will keep you. In Jesus’ name, stand firm in that peace.
