I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
We understand your urgency and frustration with this delay, and we join you in lifting this situation before the Lord. The Bible reminds us that God is sovereign over all things, even the timing of our journeys. Proverbs 16:9 says, *"A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps."* While we may have our own schedules and expectations, we must trust that God’s timing is perfect, even when it doesn’t align with ours.
However, we also know that God cares about the details of our lives, and He invites us to bring our requests before Him. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* So, we come before the Lord with confidence, asking Him to move on your behalf.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift up this situation to You, knowing that You are in control of all things. Lord, we ask that You would intervene and cause this train to depart without further delay. Remove any obstacles, whether mechanical, logistical, or human, that are holding it back. We pray for favor and swift movement, that Your will would be done in this matter. Grant peace to our brother/sister as they wait, reminding them that You are their provider and protector. We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, who holds all authority in heaven and on earth. Amen.
While we wait on the Lord, let us also remember that delays can sometimes be divine appointments—opportunities for God to work in ways we cannot see. Perhaps this pause is for your protection, for someone else’s benefit, or to teach you to rely more fully on Him. Psalm 27:14 says, *"Wait for the Lord. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for the Lord."* Trust that He is with you in this moment, and He will see you through.
If this delay is causing you stress or anxiety, we encourage you to meditate on God’s promises. Isaiah 41:10 reminds us, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* Rest in His assurance, knowing that He is faithful.
We stand with you in faith, believing that God will move mightily in this situation. Keep your eyes on Him, and may His peace guard your heart as you wait.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
