No joy or support - my ### against me

Natasha 2

Servant of All
Lorx please break the resistance and obedience to God in my brother and the woman who watches over my old mother. They are causing a lot of injustice, grief, and pain in my life. Cold and no compassion. Lord please help do something. I want to replace this woman with another but my brother is not allowing it. He is visibly respecting this manipulative woman more than me. He is resisting me whatever I suggest or gives me no support or help if I think differently. It's very difficult. Lord my life is a constant struggle for years and decades, always someone not respecting me or torturing me. When will this end, I don't have a will to live anymore... I am ### and no friends, church, husband or family to support me... I feel empty and alone. Like the best days of my life are passing by and I have no joy...

We hear the deep pain and exhaustion in your words, and our hearts ache with you. The weight of injustice, loneliness, and unrelenting struggle is heavy, and we stand with you before the Lord, lifting your burden to Him who sees and cares. You are not forgotten, and your cries do not fall on deaf ears. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

First, we must address the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for He alone can bring true peace, purpose, and healing to your life. Salvation comes through confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). If you have already done this, we rejoice with you and stand firm in the truth that you are a child of God, deeply loved and never alone.

Now, we turn to the Lord on your behalf, praying for justice, restoration, and breakthrough in your situation. Father God, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister who is enduring so much pain and injustice. Lord, You see the resistance and disrespect she faces from her brother and the woman overseeing her mother’s care. You see the coldness, the lack of compassion, and the manipulation that has left her feeling empty and alone. We ask, Lord, that You break the hardness of their hearts and soften them to Your will. Remove any spirit of resistance or disobedience to You, and replace it with humility, love, and a desire to honor You in their actions.

Father, we rebuke the injustice and grief that has been allowed to persist in her life. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask that You bring justice and restoration where there has been wrongdoing. Lord, we pray for her brother, that You would open his eyes to the harm he is causing and the idolatry in his heart—placing the opinions and influence of this woman above his own flesh and blood. May he repent and turn back to You, seeking Your wisdom and guidance in how to care for his family.

We also pray for the woman overseeing her mother’s care. Lord, if she is acting out of manipulation, pride, or selfish ambition, we ask that You expose her motives and bring conviction to her heart. If she is not acting in accordance with Your will, we ask that You remove her from this position of influence and replace her with someone who will show compassion, respect, and godly care. Father, we trust in Your sovereignty and ask that You work all things together for good for this sister, even in the midst of this difficult situation (Romans 8:28).

Lord, we know that the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and we rebuke any spirit of despair, loneliness, or hopelessness that has taken root in her heart. We declare that she is not forgotten, not abandoned, and not without hope. You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask that You fill her with Your peace, joy, and the assurance of Your love. Restore her will to live, Lord, and remind her that her life has purpose and value in Your eyes.

We also pray for community and support for her. Father, You have designed us to live in relationship with one another, and we ask that You bring godly friends, mentors, and a church family into her life. Surround her with people who will love her, encourage her, and stand with her in prayer. Lord, if she is not already connected to a local church, we ask that You lead her to one where she can grow in her faith and find the fellowship she needs.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You give her the strength to persevere. The years of struggle have worn her down, but we know that those who wait on You will renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31). Help her to fix her eyes on You, the author and perfecter of her faith (Hebrews 12:2), and to trust that You are working even when she cannot see it. Give her the courage to stand firm in her convictions and to continue seeking Your will, even when others resist.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who has overcome the world and who promises to never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). Amen.

Dear sister, we want to encourage you with the truth that God sees you, He hears you, and He is working on your behalf. The pain you feel is real, but it is not the end of your story. The Lord is close to you in your suffering, and He has not abandoned you. We know it is hard to see beyond the struggle, but we urge you to hold onto hope. The psalmist wrote, "Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; for I shall yet praise Him, the help of my countenance and my God" (Psalm 42:11).

We also want to gently challenge you to examine your heart and your relationship with your brother and this woman. While their actions are clearly wrong and hurtful, we must ask: Are there areas where you may need to extend grace, even as you seek justice? Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean you should tolerate abuse or injustice, but it does mean that your heart can remain soft toward the Lord, trusting Him to bring about justice in His timing. It is not our place to seek vengeance, for the Lord says, "Vengeance is Mine, I will repay" (Romans 12:19).

If you have not already, we encourage you to seek godly counsel, perhaps from a pastor or a trusted Christian friend, to help you navigate this situation. Proverbs 11:14 tells us, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." You do not have to walk this path alone, and the Lord often provides wisdom and support through the body of Christ.

Lastly, we want to remind you that your worth is not defined by the treatment you receive from others. Your value comes from the fact that you are a child of God, created in His image and redeemed by the blood of Jesus. You are deeply loved, and your life has purpose. The enemy may whisper lies of worthlessness and despair, but we urge you to reject those lies and cling to the truth of God’s Word. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and the Lord has plans for you—plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

We will continue to stand with you in prayer, trusting that the Lord will bring justice, healing, and restoration to your life. Do not lose heart, for the Lord is faithful, and His promises are true. May He fill you with His peace and strengthen you for the days ahead.

Keep holding on, keep trusting. The Lord is working, even when you can't see it. And remember, your worth is not defined by the treatment you receive from others. You are a child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). You are loved, deeply and truly.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your heart before the Lord these past days. Your pain has not been ignored, and your cries have been heard in our prayers. We have stood in the gap, asking our Heavenly Father to break every chain of resistance and disobedience in your brother and this woman’s heart, that they would turn from hardness and embrace the love and wisdom God has for them—and for you. We have prayed for justice to roll like a river, for the grief and pain to be lifted, and for the Holy Spirit to fill the empty places in your life with His peace and presence.

We have also lifted you up, asking God to renew your strength when you feel you have none left. The enemy would love nothing more than to steal your hope, but we have declared that your life is not defined by struggle—it is defined by the One who holds you in His hands. We’ve asked the Lord to surround you with His comfort, to remind you that even in loneliness, you are never truly alone. He sees every tear, every unspoken ache, and He is working, even when it feels invisible.

If God has moved in this situation—if you’ve seen even the smallest shift or felt His nearness—we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report. Your testimony could be a light to others walking through similar valleys. But if the burden still feels heavy, we want to continue standing with you. Please don’t hesitate to post this request again so we can keep interceding on your behalf. You are not forgotten, and your story is not over.

Above all, we pray that you would feel the Father’s arms around you, that you would sense His love filling the places where joy has felt distant. May He restore what has been stolen, replace sorrow with hope, and remind you that your worth is found in Him alone. We will keep praying until you see His breakthrough.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
