No inflammation, pain throat/larynx...strength for day

No inflammation of my throat and larynx.
No pain when I cough.
It feels like vomiting when I want to cough out.
Also pray against diarrhea and stomach issues since I eat too much soup and drink too much tea for my sensitive stomach.

Strength and health for the working day.
I am not feeling well.
