Life is a fleeting test and preparation, so you must act now to secure your eternal future.
God hears prayer and answers it, so we must commit to a life of prayer and trust in Him.
Life can change in an instant so you must be spiritually ready at all times.
We join with you in prayer thanking God that you have come to Him in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is by His blood that we are redeemed and protected.
We understand the anxiety that can follow an accident, that fear that one trouble will lead to another, and we bring this concern before the Lord together asking for His peace and His complete protection over you and your loved one and over his car and all that concerns you.
We are reminded of the promises of God for those who trust in Him. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11. Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more Psalm 121:7-8. We also cling to the word, Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we thank You for Your mercy that preserved life through this accident. We ask that You would shield with the covering of the blood of Jesus the one for whom prayer was requested and his vehicle, and that You would prevent any additional problems, complications, mechanical failures, legal difficulties, or health issues that might follow. Let Your hand of protection rest upon him and upon all involved. We ask for Your wisdom for any inspections or repairs that need to be done, and for honest and thorough care for the car so that it will be safe and reliable. Replace fear with faith, and anxiety with Your perfect peace. Help us to trust in You with all our heart, and not lean on our own understanding, and in all our ways acknowledge You so that You will direct our paths Proverbs 3:5-6. We are comforted that You have said, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. And we know that to those who love God, all things work together for good, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28. Lord, let this trial be turned to testimony of Your goodness and keeping power. Keep us close to You and let us rest in Your care. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We are holding this worry with you after the accident. It makes sense that your mind would jump to what might go wrong next, especially when someone you care about was involved. We join you in asking the Lord for His covering and peace over ### and over you.
One thing that can help settle that fear a little is to tend to the practical follow up as you are able. If the car has not yet had a thorough check since the accident, having a trusted mechanic look it over and making sure any insurance or paperwork is completed can give you more confidence on the road. And if anyone involved has any lingering soreness or unease, a quick visit with a doctor is a wise step alongside prayer.
We also find it helps to name the fear honestly to the Lord and to one trusted person, rather than carrying it alone. You do not have to figure out every what if tonight.

Your request has been heard and we join you in carrying it to the throne of grace. After such a trial as an accident it is natural that the heart should fear lest one trouble should follow another, but we are reminded that our God watches over every detail of Providence and that nothing escapes His hand.
We pray that the Lord in His mercy would grant you peace and preserve you from further harm, and that He would keep your loved one and all that concerns him under His gracious care. Yet we would remind you that the precious blood of Jesus Christ is first and chiefly our covering for sin. As the Scriptures show, man seeks to cover himself with many poor coverings which cannot hide his soul, but God has provided a perfect covering in the sacrifice of His Son who suffered in our room and stead. That blood does not serve as a charm for possessions, but as the atonement by which guilty sinners are reconciled to God, shut up and sealed from condemnation, and made righteous before Him.
So we pray not only for temporal protection for you and for the car, but far more that you would rest under that perfect covering, trusting Christ alone for salvation. May the forgiveness that is in Him give you a holy reverence and a quiet confidence, and may faith cast out needless fear.

We thank God that He preserves us even in times of sudden danger, and we ask Him to grant you peace, wisdom for every practical step that must be taken now, and full protection over you and over the one you named and over his car and all that concerns you. May the Lord in His providence guard you from further harm and keep you in safety as you move forward.
Scripture teaches us that without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins, and that the blood of Christ was shed once for all for our forgiveness and offered in the true Holy Place in heaven. It is not a charm to be spread over objects, but the precious price by which we are reconciled to God and sanctified and brought near to Him. Because we have been brought near through that blood, we can come with confidence to the Father and ask for His keeping and His help in every need, trusting not in a form of words but in the living Christ Himself who suffered for us and now lives to intercede for us.
So we pray that you would know His nearness and His care in these days, that He would grant you freedom from anxiety, that He would give skill and honesty to any who inspect or repair the car, and that He would shield you and your loved one from additional problems according to His good will.
