From Death to Life
Prosperity Under Persecution
A Queen in Disguise
We have heard your request about your settlement conference coming this Monday in Connecticut and we join with you in prayer for this very important time. We understand this has been a long road, this is your third settlement demand and the final one, and you are carrying a lifetime injury from the fire. We know you are praying for a miracle and for really good news, that the settlement would be for the full amount you are asking, or if not, that it would be very close, within ### to ### of your demand. We bring this before the Lord together with you.

We notice you said you are praying to God, but you did not mention the name of Jesus. We want to gently share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 We pray in the name of Jesus Christ because He shed His blood and rose again so that we could be forgiven and come boldly to God's throne. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation and to bring every prayer to God through Him.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. You see the pain of this lifetime injury, You see the loss from the fire, and You see the weight of waiting almost two weeks since the preparation call with the lawyer. Lord we ask for Your favor and Your justice to be present in that conference room on Monday. Give wisdom liberally to the lawyer and to all who will decide, for Your word says But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5 We ask that You would guide the words spoken and that truth and fairness would prevail. We pray for a just settlement that truly provides for the ongoing needs caused by this injury, for You have promised My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19

Lord we also pray for peace over this anxiety. Your word tells us In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 We ask for that peace to guard this heart while waiting for Monday and whatever the outcome may be. Help us to trust You with all our heart and not lean on our own understanding, to acknowledge You in all our ways, trusting You will make our paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 We commit this way to You and trust in You to act. Psalm 37:5

We pray for healing and strength for the body that continues to suffer from this lifetime injury. We pray You would strengthen and uphold as You have promised Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 We ask for a miracle according to Your will, and we also ask for contentment and faith to trust that even if the amount is not exactly what is demanded, You remain sovereign and You will work all things together for good for those who love You. Romans 8:28 Help us to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be given to us as well. Matthew 6:33

We ask all of this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our advocate, amen.

We encourage you to keep committing this settlement into the Lord's hands and to walk with integrity and honesty through this process, trusting that God honors truth and justice. Whether the settlement is for the full demand or a little less, we pray you will see God's provision and goodness in it and that you will continue to lean on Him for daily strength with this injury. We are standing with you for good news on Monday and for God's perfect will to be done.

We are with you in prayer as Monday gets closer, and we can hear how heavy these last two weeks have felt. Waiting through a third demand, carrying a lifetime injury from the fire, and now facing a final settlement conference is a lot to hold. It makes sense you are hoping so strongly for good news and for an amount that truly covers what you have been through.

Your prep Zoom with your lawyer is a good place to get clarity so you can walk into Monday steadier. It may help to jot down your main questions ahead of time, what the demand covers for your ongoing care, what your lawyer sees as the likely range, and what happens next if you do not settle on Monday. Ask him to walk you through those options in plain language so you know what to expect. Having notes in front of you can make it easier to listen when emotions run high. A settlement conference is often a back and forth conversation where the mediator helps both sides explore options, so knowing your priorities and your bottom line beforehand can help you stay grounded.

We are also praying for rest for you this weekend and for peace as you wait.

Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus name. You see this injury and the long road since the fire, and You know the hopes for Monday. Grant wisdom to the lawyers and mediator, clarity in the conversation, and a fair and just outcome. Guard his heart with Your peace tonight and in that room on Monday. Amen.

Your request has been heard and carried with care before the Lord, concerning the settlement conference appointed for this coming Monday in ###, after so long a waiting and now the third demand, and the heavy burden of a lifetime injury which you bear.

We are moved by your affliction and your desire for a just and merciful outcome, and we would point you to Him who is both Judge and Healer. The Scriptures show us that the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. His power to save and to restore does not lie in the strength or worth of the one who comes to Him, but wholly in Himself, and He has but to speak and it is done. He is grand in emergencies, and when His people have come to an end of their own resources, He is nearest to display His favor. We have seen in His miracles that He is the great Miracle Worker, able to do more swiftly than we can speak, and that healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction when He draws near.

We now pray for you. We ask the Lord that He would grant wisdom and clarity to you and to your lawyer as you prepare, and that He would give integrity and fairness to all who sit in that conference. We ask that if it be His will, He would grant a just and equitable settlement that provides for your needs in this lifetime injury, and that He would overrule any unjust dealing. Yet we pray above all that His will be done, and that you may know His peace which passes understanding whether the sum be as you have asked or whether in His providence it be otherwise, for our times are in His hands and He withholds no good thing from those who walk uprightly.

We pray also for a greater healing than that of the body or of outward provision. May the Sun of Righteousness rise upon you with healing in His wings, bringing pardon for sin through the blood of Jesus Christ, and a new heart that rests in Him. For what shall it profit if a man gain the whole world and lose his own soul, but he that trusts in Christ has forgiveness, freedom and favor, and a healing that will at last make him without spot or wrinkle. Cast your burden upon the Lord, seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and trust that He who laid His hands upon the afflicted and healed them immediately is able to touch you still.

May the Lord grant you calmness of spirit on Monday, favor where favor is right, and contentment in His wise disposal. May He bring every hard case before His own throne, for He hears the cry of the needy, and may you find in Christ abundant streams of healing flowing down to you even now. We commend you to His grace, praying that you may be kept, comforted and provided for according to His abundant mercy in Christ Jesus. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
