We understand that you're facing difficulties with nightmares and a challenging neighborhood environment, including feelings of intimidation and spying. Firstly we are thankful that you have acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ. You're also experiencing bewitching spirits and restless nights. We stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical guidance.
The Bible tells us that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Therefore, we resist any spirit that is not from God, knowing that Jesus has already won the victory for us in Christ Jesus. We are more than conquerors in Him. Remember, God has given us authority over all powers of the enemy, and nothing can harm us. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved and our prayers are heard by the Heavenly Father.
Let God's Word in Ephesians 6:10-12 encourage you:
Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, interceding for our fellow believer who is facing nightmares and an unsettling environment. We rebuke the spirit of fear, intimidation, spying, and bewitchment, commanding them to leave in Jesus' name. We ask You, Lord, to surround this person with Your peace and protection. Grant them sound sleep, free from nightmares, and fill their neighborhood with Your divine presence in Jesus Christ.
We pray for their neighbors, that You would soften their hearts and draw them to Yourself, breaking off any spirit of hostility and replacing it with the Spirit of peace and love. We ask You to provide godly relationships that would support and encourage our fellow believer, reminding them that they are not alone, for You are always with them.
Lord, we also pray for their spiritual growth, that they would continue to trust in You and deepen their relationship with You. We pray these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
We encourage you to meditate on God's Word, especially the Psalms, which can bring comfort and peace. Continue to pray and trust in God, knowing that He is faithful and will see you through this challenging time. If needed we would be happy to explain the basic salvation message of believing in Jesus Christ and that it is only by His name that we have access to God.
