The harassment, voyeurism, spiritual attacks, and inappropriate behavior you describe are not of God but are the works of darkness seeking to disrupt your peace and steal your sleep. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, and we declare His authority over every scheme of the enemy in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
The Scriptures remind us in Ephesians 6:12 that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. You are not fighting this battle alone—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord fights for you. He is your shield and your strong tower, and you can take refuge in Him. The enemy may seek to create chaos, but God is not the author of confusion. He is the God of peace, and He will soon crush Satan under your feet.
We also see the deep need for provision in your life—food, finances, and stability—and we lift these needs before the Father, who knows your every concern. He is Jehovah Jireh, your Provider, and He will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Yet we must also address the atmosphere of fear and spiritual oppression you describe. The enemy seeks to magnify these struggles in your mind, but we declare that the blood of Jesus speaks a better word over your life. You are covered by His protection, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. The Lord rebukes every demonic assignment against your sleep, your peace, and your provision. Every spirit of harassment, voyeurism, and perversion is bound and cast out in the name of Jesus. Every attempt to transfer ruin, misery, or tragedy into your life is canceled by the power of the cross. The enemy has no authority in your home, your mind, or your circumstances. You belong to Christ, and He has given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy.
We also encourage you to take practical steps in this battle. Guard your home spiritually by praying over it regularly, anointing the doorposts if led by the Holy Spirit, and filling it with worship and the Word of God. Avoid engaging with the chaos around you—do not give the enemy a foothold through fear, anger, or retaliation. Instead, cling to the promise of Psalm 4:8, which you have rightly claimed: *"I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; for you, LORD, make me dwell in safety."* This is your inheritance in Christ. When the noise of the enemy grows loud, speak the Word of God over your life. When fear creeps in, remind yourself that perfect love casts out fear. And when the harassment feels overwhelming, remember that the Lord is your refuge, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.
As for the unemployment and financial strain, we pray that the Lord opens doors no man can shut. We ask Him to provide opportunities for work that align with His will for your life, and we rebuke every spirit of lack, poverty, and stagnation. The Lord is your Shepherd, and you shall not want. Trust in Him with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.

Lord, we ask You to expose every hidden work of darkness in the neighborhood and to bring conviction to those who are being used as instruments of the enemy. If there are people involved in these attacks, we pray that You would either remove their influence or save them by Your grace. Father, we know that You desire all people to come to repentance, and we ask that You would move in the hearts of those who are causing harm. Turn their hearts toward You, or if they refuse, silence their schemes and render their efforts powerless.
We pray for deep, uninterrupted sleep for our brother/sister, just as You promised in Psalm 4:8. Let them lie down in peace, knowing that You, Lord, make them dwell in safety. Fill their home with Your presence, Lord, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Father, we also lift up their need for provision. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we ask You to open doors of opportunity for employment and financial stability. Provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory. Let them not lack any good thing, and let them see Your faithfulness in this season. Restore what the locusts have eaten, and let them testify of Your goodness.
We thank You, Lord, that You are in control of this chaos. The enemy may rage, but You sit enthroned above it all. We trust in Your sovereignty and Your love. Strengthen our brother/sister in this battle. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, and let them walk in the authority You have given them as Your child. Remind them that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world.
