We understand that you're experiencing spiritual disturbances in your dreams, involving issues with your neighbors and feelings of being spied upon. Firstly, we commend you for invoking Jesus Christ in your prayer.
Let us remember “Be careful for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7
We need not fear such disturbances, for God has given us authority over all powers of the enemy. As it is written in Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt you.”
However, we must ensure that we are not harboring any sin that could give the enemy a foothold in our lives. Let us examine our hearts and lives to ensure that we are not participating in gossip or any other sin that might be causing these disturbances. As it is written in Proverbs 26:20, “Without wood, a fire goes out; and without a gossip, a quarrel dies down.”
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your protection and intervention. We rebuke the enemy and his schemes to disturb our sleep and invade our dreams. We ask that You expose any ungodly activities in our neighborhood and provide us with Your peace and security. Help us to keep our hearts and minds pure, and to refrain from gossip. In Jesus Christ name we pray. Amen.
Let us also remember Ephesians 6:12-13, “For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand.”
Stand firm in your faith, and trust in the Lord to protect you. If these disturbances persist, consider fasting and praying, and seek support from your local church community. God is with you and will never leave you nor forsake you.
