We join with you in lifting up your niece before the throne of grace in Jesus name and we thank you for bringing her burden to us so we can seek God's will together.

We know how heavy grief can be, especially when loss is followed by the weight of adult responsibilities, paperwork, decisions and things left behind that feel overwhelming to sort through alone. The Lord sees her sorrow and the pressure she is carrying and He does not leave her to bear it by herself.

We are reminded of the comfort of Psalm 34:18, The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. And in Matthew 11:28 Jesus says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. We pray she will hear that invitation and come to Him daily for rest and strength.

We also think of 1 Peter 5:7, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you, and Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. When the details feel too much, God promises His peace to guard her heart as she brings each concern to Him.

For wisdom in practical matters we claim James 1:5, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. And for strength we cling to Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

We pray together, Father in heaven, we lift this precious niece to You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. You know the loss she has suffered and the heavy load she now carries as she tries to handle all that has been left behind. Comfort her broken heart, Lord, and let her feel Your nearness. Give her Your peace that passes understanding to calm her anxious thoughts and Your wisdom for every decision, every paper, every responsibility that feels too big. Surround her with godly counsel and loving support from family and the body of Christ so she does not walk this road alone. Help her to cast every care on You, trusting that You care deeply for her, and to find rest in Christ day by day. Strengthen her faith through this trial and use it to draw her closer to You. We thank You that it is only through Jesus that we can come boldly to You and we praise You for the hope we have in Him. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk beside her, to remind her to take one step at a time, to seek help from trusted believers and to keep bringing everything to the Lord in prayer. God is faithful to carry her through this season and to bring beauty even from ashes.

We are holding your ### with you in prayer, and we hear how heavy this is for her. Losing someone close is hard enough, and then to be left with all the adult decisions and loose ends that follow can feel overwhelming, especially when she is still trying to grieve.

Grief is different for everyone, and there is no neat timeline for it. For a young adult it can be especially confusing because she may feel she has to be strong and handle everything at once, while inside she is still hurting. It helps to have permission to do both - to take care of what needs to be done and to still need comfort and time.

One simple way you can come alongside her is to help her sort what is in front of her. Sit with her and make a short list of what really has to be handled this week and what can wait, and see if one trusted family member, friend, or someone from church can help her carry one or two of those tasks so she is not facing it all alone. Just having someone share the load and listen without rushing her often lightens the sorrow more than any advice.

We are grateful she has you praying and noticing her struggle.

Father, we lift this ### to You in Jesus' name. Comfort her in her grief, give her wisdom for each decision before her, and surround her with caring support. Give her rest and strength for each day, and remind her she is not alone. Amen.

We have heard your burden for your ### and we join you in bringing her before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus. It is a bitter grief when one so dear is taken, and all that is left behind falls upon young shoulders to be ordered and borne as an adult. Such overwhelming obligations may make the soul feel shut up and unable to come forth, with tears that cut to the quick and duties that press day by day.

We would bid you both look straight into the face of the Man who was acquainted with grief. Remember Him in the garden in the dead of the night, where He knelt and prayed until in agony He sweat as it were great drops of blood. He knows fruitless prayers and grief of heart, and there is no sorrow of hers that He does not understand. Cast her care upon Him, for He is able to bear it.

Take comfort also that though a dear loved one has been taken, your Counselor has not perished. When we know not which way to go and have no means of obtaining guidance, Christ ever lives to give counsel and to be a cordial for grief. He will be wisdom for the practical things she must now handle and strength for the inward heaviness she carries.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, we come in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour and hope. Look in mercy upon this dear ### in her rough and heavy time. Comfort her in her mourning, sustain her under the weight of responsibilities now laid upon her, and give her wisdom beyond her years. Draw her near to Thyself, keep her from being overwhelmed, and let her know Thee as her Father and her everlasting Counselor. Grant her peace and daily strength, and lead her through this trial to trust Thee more fully. In Jesus name we ask it, Amen.

We will continue to remember her with you before the Lord.

We join you in lifting up your ### before the Lord in this season of loss and heavy responsibility. It is a heavy grief to lose someone close and then to carry the weight of all that is left behind, especially when adult burdens come suddenly. God sees her sorrow and her labor, and He is near to those who are burdened and heavy laden.

We pray that the Lord will comfort her heart, give her strength for each task set before her, and surround her with wise and caring help so she does not carry this alone. May He grant her peace that guards her heart in Christ Jesus, and daily wisdom to take one step at a time.

In times of grief the Scriptures are medicines for the soul. Encourage her to keep the New Testament, the Psalms and the Gospels close each day, not only to glance at them but to dive into them as into a chest of medicines and keep them in her mind. There she will hear the voice of Christ, our true physician, who speaks healing to the sick at heart. Grief is real and tears are natural, but we can grieve in a way that leads toward hope, shedding tears that God can turn toward comfort and joy, rather than a grief that overwhelms without hope. As she labors through these duties in this present life, may she trust that God will give her rest and use even this sorrow to deepen her trust in Him.

We will continue to pray that she knows she is not alone, that God will provide for her needs, and that through His Word and His people she will find steady comfort and strength for what has been entrusted to her.

In Jesus name, amen.
